Both setups pay Instantly for the Outbound plan the volume needs, so the plan cancels out. AirMail adds $4 an account and $15 a domain a year for every 5 accounts. Outreach2day adds $1.50 a mailbox from 100 ($0.50 from 1,000) and .com domains at $13 a year for every 5 mailboxes; warmup runs on our side and in Instantly's pool.

AirMail: private SMTP on Instantly's servers and IPs, in pods grouped by sending pattern, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set for you and Instantly's premium warmup pool included. No login page, no export, and mail to gmail.com, outlook.com or yahoo.com addresses is dropped. Instantly releases 5,000 AirMail accounts a week.

Outreach2day: SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your own domains with warmup for the life of the mailbox, synced into Instantly by API key and reconnected if they drop. The same mailboxes send from our own sequencer or any tool that takes SMTP/IMAP. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox.

Terms and lock-in

AirMail: bought inside Instantly, paused without an Outbound plan, all fees non-refundable under Instantly's terms, cancellation takes effect at once. Instantly does not publish whether AirMail domains can be transferred; for its done-for-you Google accounts it keeps the domains and admin access.

Instantly caps AirMail at 20 campaign emails per account a day. Outreach2day mailboxes send up to 25 from day 14, so 2,500 a day take 125 AirMail accounts or 100 of ours.

Can I move AirMail accounts out of Instantly?

No. AirMail has no login page or export; the accounts work only through the Instantly dashboard. Mailboxes on your own domains can move between tools.
