EmailBison sells one plan, the Base Plan: $599 a month for 500,000 emails, bought through a demo. It runs on your own single-tenant, white-labeled instance with at least two dedicated IPs, a private warm-up pool, the API and unlimited leads, workspaces and teammates. Extra volume is $250 a month per 250,000 emails. EmailBison sells no mailboxes, and publishes no annual price, free trial or refund policy.

What EmailBison Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

At 25 cold emails per mailbox a day the volumes need 40, 200 and 400 mailboxes and 22,000, 110,000 and 220,000 emails a month, all inside the Base Plan's 500,000. Mailboxes are Outreach2day SMTP mailboxes at $2.50; domains are .com at $13 a year.

The flat price favours high volume: at 500,000 emails a month the plan is $1.20 per 1,000 emails, at 22,000 it is $27.

Cost per 1,000 Emails

EmailBison's price does not move with volume until 500,000 emails a month, so the cost per email falls as you send more:

Volume-priced sequencers start lower: Smartlead's 90,000-send plan is $94 and Instantly's 125,000-email plan $97. EmailBison only gets close to them per email near its 500,000 allowance.

Who the Base Plan Fits

  • Agencies that resell cold email under their own brand: the white-labeled instance is part of the plan.

  • Teams that want their own sending infrastructure: a single-tenant instance with at least two dedicated IPs that grow with volume, managed rotation and a separate network for personal recipients.

  • Senders close to 500,000 emails a month, where one flat price is simpler than a plan ladder.

It fits less well when you send under about 100,000 emails a month, want to try before paying (there is no published trial), or need a written refund policy. It is also email only: there are no LinkedIn or call steps and no lead database, so data comes from Clay, an import or the API.
