MailDeck alternatives: Outlook, Google and SMTP vendors, and one bill for mailboxes, warm-up and sending

MailDeck builds Outlook tenants, Google and SMTP inboxes on your domains, runs warm-up through your sequencer and refunds almost nothing. Buyers look elsewhere for more sends per inbox, self-serve setup without handing over passwords, an API or MCP server, or warm-up and sending in the same subscription. We make Outreach2day and list it first.

  • Warm-up and sending included
  • $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
  • Month-to-month billing

Why each one is a MailDeck alternative

  1. 1. Outreach2day: mailboxes, warm-up and the sequencer in one bill

With MailDeck you pay for inboxes, then for a sequencer that runs warm-up and every send. Outreach2day is both: SMTP/IMAP mailboxes at $2.50 with warm-up for the life of the mailbox and a built-in sequencer (multi-step campaigns, contacts, schedule, stats, a reply inbox), up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day. Email only; we sell no Outlook or Google accounts.

  2. 2. ScaledMail: the same three types, managed in Slack

The closest service: Google, Outlook and SMTP mixed in one order, a Slack channel per customer, warm-up in your sequencer. Outlook is $50 a domain for 25 mailboxes at 10 a day, where MailDeck puts 100 inboxes on a $30 tenant at 4 to 5 a day. ScaledMail refunds nothing.

  3. 3. Hypertide: Outlook priced per domain, set up in hours

Hypertide's Entra is $25 a domain for 25 Outlook inboxes, each domain in its own tenant, ready 4 to 6 hours after the order. It needs a $500 credit deposit to start and, like MailDeck, turns warm-up on in your sequencer.

  4. 4. Zapmail: self-serve Google and Microsoft with an MCP server

MailDeck's Google plans match Zapmail's monthly plans: $39 for 10, $99 for 30, $299 for 100. Zapmail adds Microsoft at the same price, says it handles warm-up, sells pre-warmed mailboxes and runs an MCP server with 134 tools. Refunds are as rare.

  5. 5. Premium Inboxes: done-for-you Google and Microsoft with replacements

A managed service for Google and Microsoft accounts from $3.50 an inbox, no minimum, live in about 12 business hours, with unlimited replacements. It recommends 15 cold emails per inbox a day.

    Premium Inboxes review

  6. 6. Cheap Inboxes: Google and Microsoft through an API and MCP

For teams that provision by script or AI agent: 70+ API endpoints and a hosted MCP server, Google or Microsoft mailboxes from $3.50 down to $2.80, from a single mailbox.

    Cheap Inboxes review

  7. 7. Maildoso: SMTP packs of 300 and 1,000

If MailDeck's private SMTP is the part you use, Maildoso sells SMTP in packs: $225 for 300, $499 for 1,000, up to 15 cold emails a day each, with an API and MCP server. Warm-up is yours to run, and its terms forbid sending to personal webmail.

Choosing

Compare on cost per daily email

MailDeck's per-inbox prices look low, and its inboxes send few emails each. An Outlook Normal inbox at $0.30 sends 4 to 5 cold emails a day on MailDeck's pricing page, so each daily email costs $0.06 to $0.075 a month. Premium at $0.40 and 8 to 10 a day is $0.04 to $0.05. Then add the sequencer that runs warm-up and sending, because MailDeck does not sell one.

Price the alternatives the same way. Our $2.50 mailbox at 25 a day is $0.10 per daily email with warm-up and the sequencer in that price. At 1,500 cold emails a day that is $150 a month on Outreach2day against about $177 for two MailDeck Premium tenants and an Instantly Hypergrowth plan.

What to check before you switch

Sending limits: MailDeck's help docs give 10 for Outlook, 12 for Premium, about 20 for Google and 8 for SMTP; the pricing page gives lower Outlook and higher SMTP numbers. Size the new setup on the volume you actually send today.

Domains: MailDeck never owned them, so they move with you. Change the nameservers back at your registrar and remove MailDeck's access to it. The MailDeck review lists every plan and term with its source.

Outreach2day as a MailDeck alternative

We make Outreach2day and list it first. Where it fits and where it does not.

It fits if

  • You run 1,000+ mailboxes: we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons, warm-up and sending included
  • You want one bill for mailboxes, warm-up and the sequencer
  • You want each mailbox to send up to 25 cold emails a day
  • You want to set up yourself and keep your registrar and sequencer passwords

It does not fit if

  • You need Outlook tenants or Google Workspace accounts
  • You need multichannel steps such as LinkedIn or calls in the same tool
  • You need fewer than 12 mailboxes

MailDeck alternatives: questions

What is a good MailDeck alternative?

ScaledMail for the same managed mix of Google, Outlook and SMTP, Hypertide for Outlook priced per domain, Zapmail for self-serve Google and Microsoft with an MCP server, and Outreach2day for mailboxes, warm-up and a sequencer in one subscription.

Which MailDeck alternatives include warm-up?

Outreach2day includes it for the life of the mailbox, and Zapmail says it handles it. ScaledMail, Hypertide and Premium Inboxes, like MailDeck, run it in your sequencer. Maildoso leaves it to you.

Which alternative sells Outlook inboxes?

ScaledMail ($50 a domain for 25), Hypertide ($25 a domain for 25), Zapmail, Premium Inboxes and Cheap Inboxes all sell Microsoft inboxes. Outreach2day sells SMTP/IMAP mailboxes only.

Do any MailDeck alternatives offer refunds?

Few. Maildoso's 30-day guarantee pays only for outages it causes, and ScaledMail, Zapmail and Premium Inboxes refund almost nothing. Outreach2day bills month to month, so you can stop at the end of any month.

Can I keep my domains if I leave MailDeck?

Yes. MailDeck does not sell domains; you buy them at your own registrar, so they stay yours. Point them at the new provider and revoke the registrar access you gave MailDeck.
