Mailin (mailin.ai) sells cold email accounts in monthly packs. SMTP is $299 a month for 200 accounts, $749 for 500 and $1,499 for 1,000, with extra accounts at $1 each on the 1,000 plan. Google Workspace accounts start at $99 for 25 and Microsoft 365 accounts at $299 for 800. Warmup and a sequencer are not included, the domain price is not published, and payments are not refunded.

Prices below are from the pricing block on mailin.ai, the terms of service and the API documentation, checked October 22, 2026.

Mailin Plans and Prices

The pricing block has three tabs: SMTP (the default), Google and Microsoft. Each tab has three plans with the same names, Solopreneur, Business and Enterprise. All prices are per month.

The SMTP tab has a yearly toggle marked "save 20%". The Google and Microsoft tabs show monthly prices only. Mailin's meta description and its comparison pages quote "$1.20 per mailbox"; none of the plans on the pricing tabs shows that price, so we use the plan prices.

The Microsoft plans come with a limit printed on each card: "Up to 10 emails a day per mailbox (5 cold & 5 warm)", with 100 mailboxes per domain and delivery in 2 to 3 days. Mailin publishes no per-mailbox limit for SMTP or Google; it recommends 2 to 5 inboxes per domain on both.

What the Plan Price Includes

  • The accounts in the pack, set up on your domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC written automatically.

  • A 10-minute onboarding: "Pick a plan & fill out a 5-minute onboarding form", then 1-day delivery for SMTP and Google.

  • On SMTP: dedicated servers and IPs. On Google: official Google accounts with full admin control.

  • Priority support, which the home page describes as "24/7 Slack access to a team of 8 to 10 specialists".

  • A deliverability guarantee, limited by the terms (below).

  • A REST API for domains, mailboxes, servers and exports to Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox and EmailBison.

Not included: warmup, a sequencer, an MCP server and a free trial.

Packs bill in full. 120 SMTP accounts cost the same $299 as 200, and 210 take two 200-account packs, $598 a month. Past 1,000, Enterprise adds accounts at $1 each.

The terms are strict on money: "All payments made to Mailin are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law." The only exception is a 21-day deliverability guarantee. To claim it you must raise the issue within 21 days, complete a full 21-day warmup with no cold or marketing sends, give Mailin access to your sequencer and logs, and follow its recommendations; Mailin then decides. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.

What Mailin Costs at 2,500, 25,000 and 100,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing, SMTP plans. The full setup adds warmup and a sequencer: we use the cheapest Instantly plan that covers the emails and new contacts a month (method), because Mailin accounts cannot send campaigns on their own, and Instantly includes warmup. We compare at the same emails a day. Mailin publishes no SMTP limit, so it is counted at 25 cold emails a mailbox a day, the same as Outreach2day, and the packs are the cheapest mix that covers the accounts. Mailin's domains are left out because their price is not published.

Mailin vs Outreach2day

All in, the full setup costs less with us at every size in the table. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000), with warmup and a sequencer included, against Mailin packs that cover the accounts alone. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox; most people think only Google gets there and overpay for it. Ours start at 12 mailboxes and bill per mailbox; Mailin's SMTP plans start at 200 accounts. Neither of us offers a free trial. The two side by side are in Outreach2day vs Mailin, and other options in Mailin alternatives.

For the rest of the picture, our Mailin review covers the company behind Mailin, the refund terms, the API and the sending limits with sources.
