ReachInbox is a cold email sequencer at $39 a month (Starter, 10,000 emails), $99 (Growth, 250,000) or $299 (Pro, 1,000,000), with unlimited mailboxes and AI warmup within fair use caps of 200, 500 and 1,000. It also sells done-for-you Google and Microsoft mailboxes from $4 each. At 5,000 emails a day the full setup is $899 a month with its mailboxes and $442 with ours; Outreach2day does the same email-only job with mailboxes, warmup and a sequencer for $343.

Overview
What ReachInbox is
ReachInbox's terms name ReachInbox AI, a subsidiary of Rapidify Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation; its fair use page says ReachInbox Pty Ltd and the site footer Outbox Labs. The product is a sequencer with a unified inbox (Onebox), AI copy and replies, domain rotation and inbox placement tests, plus done-for-you mailboxes bought inside the app.
Every paid plan connects unlimited email accounts with unlimited AI warmup, but the fair use policy caps them at 200 mailboxes on Starter, 500 on Growth and 1,000 on Pro; more needs approval. Mailboxes bought through its done-for-you service or Zapmail don't count toward the cap. Growth and Pro add the REST API, webhooks, integrations and the MCP server.
We re-read the pricing page, the fair use policy and the terms on 2026-11-04: plan prices, volumes and caps are as in October, Lead Finder now has tiers from $29 to $199 a month, and the startup program sells Pro at $999 and a new Elite tier at $2,999 for the first year.

Four plans, priced by emails a month and active leads. Starter is $39 a month for 10,000 emails and 2,000 active leads; Growth $99 for 250,000 emails and 50,000 leads; Pro $299 for 1,000,000 emails and 200,000 leads; Enterprise starts at $999 on a call. At 5,000 cold emails a day (110,000 a month) that is Growth, $99 a month; at 10,000 a day the active-lead limit moves you to Pro.
The pricing page shows yearly prices first: $30, $75 and $225 a month, 25% off, with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Add-ons are separate: Lead Finder $29 to $199 a month for 1,000 to 25,000 leads, website visitor identification $49 to $199, inbox placement tests $19 to $69.
Mailboxes are another line. Done-for-you Google and Microsoft 365 mailboxes start at $4 a month, pre-warmed ones come 3 to a domain, and the exact prices and domain prices appear only in the app before checkout.

In detail
Fair use caps and the mailbox count
"Unlimited email accounts" means up to 200, 500 or 1,000 mailboxes by plan, with approval above that. At 25 cold emails a mailbox a day the caps are 5,000, 12,500 and 25,000 emails a day, so the plan you need can follow the mailbox count before the email count. Done-for-you mailboxes are exempt, which steers larger senders toward buying mailboxes from ReachInbox.
Outreach2day has no mailbox cap per plan: every mailbox is priced, with warmup, and sends up to 25 cold emails a day from day 14. If you are comparing other sequencers, ReachInbox alternatives prices them as a full setup and ReachInbox vs Instantly puts it next to the largest one.
Refunds, renewals and what reviewers report
Yearly plans and lifetime deals can be refunded within 7 days; monthly plans, monthly add-ons and done-for-you mailboxes and domains cannot. The terms add that refunds are processed after a 5% fee. No lifetime deal is on sale today.
Trustpilot showed 4.0 from 124 reviews on 2026-11-04 (123 when the facts above were read), with a note that ReachInbox has not invited reviews recently: 75% five-star and 19% one-star. Most one-star reviews from July to September 2026 are about billing, renewals, refunds and affiliate payouts, and ReachInbox answered most of them publicly. G2 refused our check, so we show no G2 score.

ReachInbox imports SMTP/IMAP accounts in bulk from a CSV template: Email Accounts, Add New, Connect Accounts. Outreach2day exports a ReachInbox CSV whose columns match that template, so the mailboxes go in with their host, port, login and password mapped. Each one sends up to 25 cold emails a day from day 14, and warmup keeps running on our side.
Our REST API and hosted MCP server come with every account and cover domains, mailboxes, warmup, campaigns and replies. ReachInbox's MCP server at mcp.reachinbox.ai needs a plan with API access, Growth or Pro.

Is ReachInbox worth it?
For AI replies, enrichment and Lead Finder in one sequencer, it can be. For email-only sending it is two bills: at 5,000 emails a day ReachInbox with its done-for-you mailboxes comes to $899 a month, against $343 for Outreach2day with mailboxes, warmup and our sequencer.
How much does ReachInbox cost?
$39 a month for Starter, $99 for Growth and $299 for Pro on monthly billing, $30, $75 and $225 billed yearly; Enterprise starts at $999. A free plan covers 3 email accounts, 250 emails and 50 active leads a month.
Is ReachInbox unlimited?
Email accounts and warmup are unlimited within fair use caps: 200 mailboxes on Starter, 500 on Growth, 1,000 on Pro, more with approval. Emails and active leads have plan limits.
Does ReachInbox refund?
Yearly plans and lifetime deals within 7 days of purchase, minus a 5% processing fee in its terms. Monthly plans, monthly add-ons and done-for-you mailboxes and domains are not refunded.
Does ReachInbox have an API and MCP server?
Yes, on Growth and Pro: a REST API at 5 requests a second with webhooks, and an MCP server at mcp.reachinbox.ai with OAuth for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Copilot. Starter has neither.
Does ReachInbox have a lifetime deal?
Not on sale on 2026-11-04: the pricing page shows none. Its refund policy still covers lifetime plans bought earlier, within 7 days.
