The same emails a day on both sides

Mailpool is priced on its monthly inbox prices at the volume its help center recommends for each type: SMTP 30 a day, Google Workspace up to 40, Microsoft 365 up to 25, with Instantly for sending and warmup. Mailpool publishes no domain price, so its domains are left out and its totals are a floor. Outreach2day is priced at 25 a day per mailbox with .com domains at $13 a year, 5 mailboxes each.

2,500 a day: 84 Mailpool SMTP inboxes ($252) or 63 Google inboxes ($252), + Instantly Hypergrowth ($97) = from $349; 100 Microsoft inboxes ($500) = from $597. 100 Outreach2day mailboxes $150 + 20 domains $21.67 = $171.67, or $268.67 with Instantly. 5,000 a day: from $685 on SMTP against $343.33. 25,000 a day: from $3,208 on SMTP against $716.67, with our mailboxes at $0.50 from 1,000.

Mailpool's dedicated IP is another route: $200 a server a month with unlimited inboxes and up to 100,000 emails a month per IP, and its help center says you are charged for the volume sent. At 2,500 a day that is one IP and Instantly, from $297 before the volume charge and domains; at 25,000 a day, 6 IPs and Instantly, from $1,906.

Where they differ

What each one includes

Mailpool: SMTP inboxes on shared rotating IPs, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes, automatic DNS, a domain generator, inbox health checks and blacklist monitoring, and export to Instantly, Smartlead, ReachInbox, EmailBison and more. Warmup is sold as warmup slots in billing settings; the API is a premium product shared after an onboarding call; we found no MCP server.

Outreach2day: mailboxes on our own infrastructure, on your domains with DNS set automatically, warmup that starts at once and keeps running, a sequencer with steps, schedules, stop on reply, stats and a reply inbox, a REST API and a hosted MCP server on every account. Our mailboxes land in the inbox. Most people think only Google gets to the inbox and overpay for it. Mailboxes also sync to Instantly and Smartlead by API key.

Terms and the company

Mailpool: run by Snowlight Ventures OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, with Paddle as the merchant of record. No free trial; you can start with one inbox for $3. Fees are billed in advance and non-refundable apart from the EU 14-day withdrawal right, and the terms call the Google price a first-year discount that moves to an unpublished renewal rate after 12 months. Annual billing takes 13 to 15% off.

Outreach2day: no free trial; month to month on the price you see, cancel any time, 12-mailbox minimum ($30 a month). Details: Mailpool review, Mailpool alternatives, Mailpool pricing.

Outreach2day

Why Outreach2day

We make Outreach2day, so this page is ours. Every Mailpool fact above links Mailpool's own page.

Mailpool's inbox price is the mailbox line: warmup slots and the sequencer come on top, and two of its prices, warmup slots and the Google renewal rate, are not published. Outreach2day prices the whole job per mailbox: 25 cold emails a day from day 14, warmup and our sequencer included. Teams that keep Instantly or Smartlead can use our mailboxes there, with warmup running on our side.

Outreach2day mailboxes are $2.50 a mailbox up to 99, $1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000, with warmup, the sequencer and the replies inbox included at every tier. For larger volumes and better prices there is the Enterprise plan: book a call and we size it with you.
