What Reply.io Costs at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 Emails a Day

At 25 cold emails per mailbox a day the volumes need 40, 200 and 400 mailboxes. On a 3-step sequence they reach about 7,300, 36,700 and 73,300 new contacts a month, so the 10,000, 50,000 and 100,000 tiers. Domains are .com at $13 a year.

Which Plan to Pick

Email Volume suits teams whose sequences are mostly email. Below 5,000 active contacts it is priced per user, so a solo sender pays $59 to $99; from 10,000 contacts the price is flat with unlimited users. Multichannel suits SDR teams that run LinkedIn and calls next to email, at $99 per user with 5 mailboxes each. AI SDR is a managed product built around Jason; it starts at $800 a month for 1,000 active contacts.

Reply.io vs Outreach2day

Reply prices the contact, so it suits long multichannel sequences to a few thousand people a month, and costs more than volume-priced tools for wide email campaigns. Outreach2day is mailboxes, warm-up and a sequencer for email in one subscription: $543.33 a month at 5,000 emails a day. It has no LinkedIn, call or SMS steps and no AI SDR.
