Zapmail Pricing 2026: Plans, Add-Ons and Real Cost

Zapmail charges $39 a month for 10 mailboxes (Starter), $99 for 30 (Growth) and $299 for 100 (Pro) on monthly billing, with extra mailboxes at $3.50, $3.25 or $3.00 each. The prices are the same for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. The minimum is Starter, 10 mailboxes for $39. Warm-up is handled by Zapmail, per its FAQ. There is no sending engine, and domains are extra ($13 a year for a .com).

Zapmail Plans and Prices

Each plan also includes the same number of AI Insights credits as placement test credits. Pro adds priority support and API access. Mailboxes run on US or EU IPs.

The pricing page's billing toggle shows quarterly and annual prices. Quarterly: $35, $90 and $270 a month, with extra mailboxes at $3.25, $3.00 and $2.70. Annual, labelled "Get 2 months free": $32.50, $82.50 and $250 a month, with extra mailboxes at $3.25, $2.75 and $2.50. Zapmail sums up the range as: "Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes range from $3.90/mailbox/month on the entry tier billed monthly down to $2.50/mailbox/month on the top tier billed annually."

Pre-warmed mailboxes

Pre-warmed mailboxes are a separate line. Per llms.txt: "$39 for 3 mailboxes renewing at $24, $149 for 12 renewing at $84, $339 for 30 renewing at $180." The Growth tier includes 4 domains and extra mailboxes at $7 a month; the Pro tier includes 10 domains and extra mailboxes at $6. Extra domains on pre-warmed plans are $15 a year.

What the Plan Includes

• Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes, provisioned on dedicated domains.

• SPF, DKIM, DMARC and custom tracking domains set up automatically.

• Warm-up and health monitoring. The FAQ says the mailboxes are "fully managed by Zapmail, so setup, DNS, warmup, and health monitoring are handled for you end-to-end."

• Placement test credits (3, 10 or 30 a month), each with a blacklist check.

• Export to 50+ outreach tools, including Instantly and Smartlead.

• API on Pro, and a remote MCP server.

Not included: a sending engine and domains.

Costs on Top of the Plan

We found no free trial. Zapmail does not refund: "We don't offer refunds, so please review our terms or reach out if you have questions." Billing is monthly with no long-term contract.

What Zapmail Costs at 25, 100 and 400 Mailboxes

Monthly list prices, using whichever Zapmail plan plus extra mailboxes is cheapest for the count. The full setup adds the cheapest Instantly plan that covers 550 cold emails per mailbox a month (25 a day on 22 working days). That is the same model as our provider comparison. Domains are left out.

Zapmail's warm-up is included, so Instantly's warm-up is not needed here; the Instantly plan is the sending engine. On annual billing, 400 mailboxes on Pro cost $250 plus 300 × $2.50, or $1,000 a month for the mailboxes alone.

Zapmail vs Outreach2day

Outreach2day charges $2.50 per mailbox a month with warm-up, a sending engine (campaigns, sequences, one inbox for replies) and analytics included, from 12 mailboxes ($30), billed monthly by card. Domains are $13 a year for a .com and $5 for a .info. See pricing.

At every size in the table, the full setup costs less with us: $250 against $396 at 100 mailboxes. Differences to know: Zapmail sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes; ours are SMTP/IMAP.
