Cheap Inboxes alternatives: other ways to buy Google and Microsoft inboxes, or skip them

Cheap Inboxes sells Google and Microsoft inboxes from $3.50 to $2.80 with a strong API and MCP server, but its pages give three different setup times and say little about warm-up. Here are the alternatives with the same facts for each. We make Outreach2day and list it first.

  • Warm-up and sending included
  • $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
  • Month-to-month billing

Why each one is a Cheap Inboxes alternative

  1. 1. Outreach2day: SMTP with warm-up and sending in the price

A different route: if Google or Microsoft accounts are not a requirement, our SMTP/IMAP mailboxes cost $2.50 with warm-up and a sending engine included, below Cheap Inboxes' cheapest tier. We also run an MCP server, so the AI-agent workflow carries over.

  2. 2. Zapmail: Google and Microsoft with warm-up handled

The nearest like-for-like with clearer warm-up: Zapmail's FAQ says it handles warm-up, it sells pre-warmed mailboxes, and its MCP server has 134 tools. Plans start at $39 for 10.

    Zapmail review

  3. 3. InboxKit: no minimum and webhooks

Also from one mailbox, at $3 monthly or $2.50 annual, with a REST API and webhooks. Warm-up is a $3 add-on and we found no MCP server.

    InboxKit review

  4. 4. Premium Inboxes: inboxes built and uploaded for you

If the setup-time confusion is the problem, Premium Inboxes commits to 12 business hours in its delivery policy and its team uploads inboxes into your sequencer.

    Premium Inboxes review

  5. 5. Primeforge: Google with Super Admin and the Gmail API

Cheap Inboxes gives admin access per workspace; Primeforge gives Super Admin and domain-wide delegation, so you can send through the Gmail API. $4.50 down to $3.50 a month, Forge MCP included.

    Primeforge review

  6. 6. Mailpool: SMTP, Google and Microsoft in one account

Adds a cheaper SMTP option ($3, $2.60 annual) next to Google ($4) and Microsoft ($5), plus dedicated IPs. The API is on request.

    Mailpool review

  7. 7. Hypertide: the lowest Microsoft price per inbox

Entra inboxes at $25 a domain for 25, $1 each, with tenant separation. A $500 credit deposit is needed to start.

Choosing

What to check at Cheap Inboxes before switching

Its tier prices are good at volume ($2.80 above 1,000) and domains start at $2.50 a year, so price alone is rarely the reason to leave. The usual reasons are the vague warm-up, setup time (10 minutes, same day or about 48 hours depending on the page) and case-by-case refunds.

Details and sources are in the Cheap Inboxes review.

If you buy through an AI agent

Cheap Inboxes is one of four vendors in this table with a hosted MCP server. The others are Outreach2day, Zapmail and Primeforge (through the shared Forge server); our MCP page shows how an assistant connects.
