Icemail Pricing 2026: $2.50 a Mailbox, Azure $29, SMTP $49

Icemail charges $2.50 per Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox a month, shown as an "exclusive limited deal" next to a struck price of $3.50. Azure-hosted Microsoft mailboxes are $29 a domain a month for 100 mailboxes, and IMAP/SMTP on a dedicated IP is $49 a domain a month. Domains start at $12 a year. Billing is pay as you go from a wallet with no minimum. Warmup is not included and there is no sequencer.

Icemail Plans and Prices

The pre-warmed price differs by page: "from $5" on the pre-warmed page, $6 in the pricing FAQ. Pre-warmed mailboxes have a fixed 12-month life and cannot use your own domains.

What the Mailbox Price Includes

• A Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox on US or EU IPs, with an admin panel per domain and 2FA.

• SPF, DKIM and DMARC set through Icemail's Cloudflare-managed DNS, plus domain forwarding.

• One-click export to Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, Reachinbox, Lemlist and more, or a CSV of logins.

• An API with webhooks on every plan, a unified inbox and unlimited team members.

• Free mailbox replacements when an account burns, per its Why Icemail page.

Not included: warmup, which Icemail leaves to your sequencer ("ready for your own warmup"), and a sequencer to send campaigns. Icemail also does not export to free-trial accounts of the sequencers; the receiving tool needs a paid plan.

Domains, Limits and Billing

Domains bought through Icemail start at $12 a year per .com and are registered in your name; your own domains connect by pointing their nameservers to Icemail. The help center recommends 2 to 3 mailboxes per domain, and the Google page and the calculator use 3.

Its sending-limits article gives 15 cold emails per Google or Microsoft mailbox a day plus 15 warmup emails, a 1:1 ratio. Its calculator plans a 14-day warmup before full volume and 22 sending days a month.

Billing runs from a prepaid wallet. Each mailbox renews monthly until you cancel it, auto top-up refills the wallet, and Stripe processing fees of 3 to 4% are not refunded. Cancellation runs to the end of the billing cycle, and the refund policy asks for 7 days' notice before renewal.

Three Refund Statements

Icemail's pages give three answers. The pricing FAQ: "Unused balance is refundable within 14 days of purchase. Active mailboxes are non-refundable." The help-center refund article: "All payments made to Icemail.ai are final." The Fulfillment & Refund Policy, effective March 15, 2026: refunds are considered case by case, not for mailboxes already delivered or for deliverability. Plan around the strictest one.

What Icemail Costs at 2,500, 5,000 and 25,000 Emails a Day

Monthly cost on monthly billing, at the same cold emails a day on every row, each vendor at its own limit: Icemail at 15 cold emails a mailbox a day with 3 mailboxes per domain, Outreach2day at 25 with 5. Icemail's mailboxes need a sequencer to send and warm up, so its row includes the cheapest Instantly plan that covers the emails and new contacts a month (three emails per contact; method). Domains are spread over 12 months: Icemail's at $12 a year, ours at $13.

The Instantly plan: Hypergrowth ($97) at 2,500 a day, Hypergrowth with one add-on ($184) at 5,000 and Hypergrowth with seven add-ons ($706) at 25,000. At 2,500 a day the Icemail row is 167 mailboxes for $417.50, 56 domains for $56 a month and $97 for Instantly: $10.37 per 1,000 emails, against $3.12 for Outreach2day all-in.

At every size in the table the full setup costs less with us. Our $2.50 is the month-to-month price ($1.50 from 100, $0.50 from 1,000) with warmup for the life of the mailbox and our own sequencer, against Icemail's $2.50 deal price for the mailbox alone. Each of our mailboxes sends 25 cold emails a day from day 14 against Icemail's 15, so the same volume takes fewer mailboxes and fewer domains. Our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Most people think only Google gets to the inbox and overpay for it. Icemail has no minimum; ours starts at 12 mailboxes.

How much does Icemail cost per mailbox?

$2.50 a month for a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox, labelled a limited deal over $3.50. Azure mailboxes work out to $0.29 each at 100 on a $29 domain, and dedicated-IP SMTP to $4.90 each at 10 on a $49 domain.

Does Icemail include warmup?

No. Mailboxes are set up "ready for your own warmup" in your sequencer, and the calculator plans 14 days of warmup.

Is there a minimum order or a trial?

No minimum is published: "a five-mailbox test costs what five mailboxes should cost". No trial terms are published.
