Snov.io counts recipients: unique leads contacted in a billing period, 25,000 on Pro S and 50,000 on Pro M, reset every month. Instantly counts uploaded contacts as a running total, 25,000 on Hypergrowth, so old leads keep counting until you delete them or buy an $87 add-on for 25,000 more.

At 5,000 a day on a 3-step sequence, about 36,700 new contacts a month, Snov.io's Pro M holds a month of sending with room to spare. Instantly needs the add-on from the first month and a second one when the total passes 50,000.

Lead data and channels

Snov.io's plans carry credits for its email finder, verifier and B2B database: 1,000 on Starter to 50,000 on Pro L, one credit per prospect or verification. LinkedIn automation is $69 a month per LinkedIn account, and a deals CRM sits next to the campaigns.

Instantly's SuperSearch database is a separate Credits plan from $9 for 150 credits to $197 for 10,000, and its CRM add-on with calls, SMS and LinkedIn connections is $47 or $97 a month. For a team that already buys data elsewhere, Instantly's price covers sending only.

Mailboxes and warmup

Both connect Google, Microsoft and SMTP accounts without a mailbox limit. Snov.io includes 3 warmup slots on Starter and unlimited from Pro S, which it may cut to 500 or 1,000 when more than half of the accounts are neither Google nor Microsoft. Instantly includes unlimited warmup, with a standard pool of 500 SMTP accounts on Hypergrowth and 500 more per add-on.

Their done-for-you mailboxes are both Google at $5. Snov.io gives full account access; Instantly keeps domain ownership and admin access, and its accounts pause without an active plan.

API, MCP, trials and refunds

Both run official MCP servers: mcp.snov.io on every plan including the free Trial, mcp.instantly.ai on paid plans. Both have REST APIs on paid plans.

Snov.io's Trial plan has no end date (50 credits, 100 recipients); Instantly's trial lasts 14 days with 1,000 emails. Neither refunds subscriptions. Trustpilot shows Snov.io at 4.6 from 1,597 reviews and withholds Instantly's score for a guideline breach.
