EmailBison review: a private sequencer instance for $599 a month, and what the full setup costs
EmailBison runs your cold email on your own single-tenant instance with dedicated IPs, a private warmup pool and white label, for $599 a month and 500,000 emails, bought through a demo. It sells no mailboxes, so at 5,000 emails a day the setup is $1,142 a month with our mailboxes. Outreach2day does the same email-only job with mailboxes, warmup and a sequencer in one bill for $543.
- Warmup and sending included
- $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
- Month-to-month billing

Who EmailBison fits
Pick EmailBison if
- You send 500,000+ emails a month and want your own instance with dedicated IPs
- You run an agency and want a white-labeled tool for clients
- You need SSO, SCIM or a SOC 2 report from your sequencer
- You already buy mailboxes from one of its approved SMTP vendors
Look elsewhere if
- You send under 5,000 emails a day and the $599 is mostly unused capacity
- You want to start without a demo call or see a trial first
- You want EmailBison's warmup on SMTP mailboxes from a vendor outside its approved list
- You want mailboxes and the sequencer from one vendor
What EmailBison is
EmailBison is a cold email sequencer for agencies and high-volume teams. Each customer gets an isolated instance on its own subdomain, branded with its logo and colours, with at least two dedicated IPs and more added as volume grows. Campaigns, a master inbox for replies, unlimited workspaces and teammates, a REST API with webhooks and an MCP server come with it.
You bring the mailboxes: Google, Microsoft or custom SMTP accounts, mixed in one campaign. Custom SMTP accounts come in by CSV, 500 per upload. EmailBison's help center now keeps custom SMTP accounts from vendors outside its approved list (Winnr, MissionInbox, ScaledMail SMTP, InboxedUp, Lunatro) out of its warmup network; they still connect and send.
Many pages ranking for "email bison" quote $499 or invent cheaper tiers. EmailBison's pricing page lists one plan at $599, and its help center adds the overage and B2C prices below.

- Extra sending: $250 a month per additional 250,000 emails source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- Separate isolated instance for sending to personal addresses: $249 a month with 250,000 sends source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- Sending stops when the monthly cap is reached until you upgrade; bulk discounts above 2,000,000 sends a month source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- No per-seat fees; annual price not published source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
One plan: $599 a month for 500,000 emails with unlimited leads, workspaces and teammates. Above that, each extra 250,000 emails is $250 a month, with bulk discounts above 2,000,000. When the monthly cap is reached, sending stops until you upgrade.
Sending to personal addresses (Gmail, Outlook.com and the like) needs a separate instance at $249 a month with 250,000 sends; B2C sending is off by default. No annual price, trial or refund policy is published, and access starts with a demo call.
The plan is priced for volume: 22,000 emails a month (1,000 a day) use under 5% of it. Below about 5,000 emails a day, the $599 is mostly paying for capacity you do not use.

25 cold emails per mailbox a day and 5 mailboxes per domain: 1,000 a day = 40 mailboxes, 8 domains, 22,000 emails a month; 5,000 a day = 200 mailboxes, 40 domains, 110,000 emails a month; 10,000 a day = 400 mailboxes, 80 domains, 220,000 emails a month (22 sending days). Monthly list prices on monthly billing; .com domains at $13 a year spread over 12 months.
- EmailBison at 1,000 a day: Base Plan. The only plan; 22,000 emails use under 5% of its 500,000 source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- EmailBison at 5,000 a day: Base Plan. 110,000 emails fit 500,000 source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
- EmailBison at 10,000 a day: Base Plan. 220,000 emails fit 500,000 source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)
EmailBison's $599 is the same at every volume in the table, so the mailboxes decide the rest. With Outreach2day mailboxes and domains the setup is about $708 a month at 1,000 emails a day, $1,142 at 5,000 and $1,686 at 10,000.
Outreach2day all-in replaces the EmailBison plan with our own sequencer: about $109, $543 and $1,087 a month at the same volumes, warmup included. From 1,000 mailboxes we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons on a call.
EmailBison makes sense when you need what we do not sell: a white-labeled instance for clients, dedicated sending IPs, SSO and SCIM. Teams that only need to send email-only campaigns from warm mailboxes pay less with us.

In detail
Adding Outreach2day mailboxes to EmailBison
Export the mailboxes from Outreach2day as a CSV (Mailboxes, Export, Download CSV), then in EmailBison open Email Accounts, Connect email account, Bulk Upload Custom Provider, and put our values under the headers of its sample file. The fields, ports and fixes are in the EmailBison integration guide.
Warmup for these mailboxes keeps running in Outreach2day, included in the $2.50, which matters here: EmailBison keeps custom SMTP accounts from vendors outside its approved list out of its own warmup network.
API, MCP and integrations
The REST API uses bearer keys per workspace, allows 3,000 calls a minute per key, and creates sender accounts one by one or from a CSV. EmailBison runs an MCP server whose address you find in the app under Settings, Integrations; it is not published.
Clay and EmailGuard connect natively, HubSpot and Salesforce through OutboundSync, and HeyReach and Aimfox take non-responders for LinkedIn steps. Placement tests through EmailGuard need a paid EmailGuard plan. Outreach2day's MCP server is public and covers domains, mailboxes, warmup, campaigns and replies.

EmailBison review: questions
How much does EmailBison cost?
$599 a month for 500,000 emails on the Base Plan, with unlimited leads, workspaces and teammates. Extra volume is $250 a month per 250,000 emails, and a separate instance for personal addresses is $249 a month with 250,000 sends.
Is EmailBison $499 or $599?
$599 on EmailBison's pricing page on 2026-10-15. The $499 figure on several review sites does not match its own page.
Does EmailBison have a free trial?
Access starts with a demo call, with no published trial. A refund policy is not published either, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Does EmailBison sell mailboxes?
No. You connect Google, Microsoft or custom SMTP accounts you buy elsewhere. Outreach2day mailboxes connect as custom SMTP accounts through a CSV upload.
Does EmailBison warm up any SMTP mailbox?
Not any more. Its help center says custom SMTP accounts from vendors outside its approved list are kept out of its warmup network. Outreach2day mailboxes warm up in Outreach2day, included in the price.
Does EmailBison have an API and MCP server?
Yes. A REST API with webhooks (3,000 calls a minute per key) and an MCP server whose address is shown inside the app.
What does EmailBison cost at 5,000 emails a day?
$599 for the plan plus mailboxes and domains: about $1,142 a month with 200 Outreach2day mailboxes and 40 .com domains. Outreach2day all-in is about $543.
