Why us

Why Outreach2day tops this list

  1. No $599 floor

EmailBison's one plan is $599 a month whatever you send. Outreach2day is $2.50 a mailbox with the sequencer included, from 12 mailboxes ($30 a month), so the bill follows the volume.

  2. Mailboxes and their warmup in one place

EmailBison sells no mailboxes and keeps custom SMTP accounts from vendors outside its approved list out of its warmup network. Our mailboxes come with warmup that keeps running while they send.

  3. Sign up and pay by card

EmailBison access starts with a demo call. Outreach2day is self-serve: create mailboxes, pay through Stripe checkout and draft the campaign while the mailboxes warm up for 14 days.

EmailBison gives each customer a white-labeled instance with at least two dedicated IPs, SSO and SCIM, and a private Slack channel. Outreach2day runs on shared sending infrastructure with no white label.

Choosing

What changes when you leave EmailBison

EmailBison sells no mailboxes, so the Google, Microsoft or SMTP accounts you connected stay yours and can go to the next tool with their logins. What stays behind is the instance itself: export campaigns, leads, replies and the blocklist before the paid term ends, because cancellation takes effect at its end.

Accounts that were warming in EmailBison's private pool need warmup in the new tool. If you keep EmailBison, our mailboxes upload as custom SMTP accounts from a CSV and keep their warmup running in Outreach2day (how).

Choosing by the reason you are leaving

The $599 floor at low volume: Outreach2day, or PlusVibe Business. Dedicated IPs and white label at agency scale: PlusVibe Agency or Smartlead with SmartServers. Self-serve buying with a trial: Instantly. Lead data with white label: Saleshandy. Per-client billing: Woodpecker.

The EmailBison review covers the instance, warmup rules and API; Smartlead vs EmailBison compares it with the nearest plan-based option.

  2. Export leads, campaign steps and the blocklist from EmailBison while the instance is still paid.

  3. On day 14, import the contacts into an Outreach2day campaign, add the steps and attach the mailboxes.

  4. Keep the EmailBison instance until the last scheduled sends finish and replies have an owner, then cancel; it ends with the paid term.

FAQ

EmailBison alternatives: questions

What is the best EmailBison alternative?

For email-only outreach below 500,000 emails a month, Outreach2day: $543 a month at 5,000 emails a day with mailboxes, warmup and the sequencer. For an isolated server with white label, PlusVibe Agency; for dedicated IPs as an add-on, Smartlead.

How much does EmailBison cost?

$599 a month for 500,000 emails, plus $250 for each extra 250,000. It sells no mailboxes, so with 200 of our mailboxes and 40 domains a 5,000-a-day setup is $1,142 a month.

Does EmailBison have a free trial?

No trial is published; access starts with a demo. Instantly, Smartlead, PlusVibe, Saleshandy and Woodpecker publish free trials. Outreach2day has none.

Can I use Outreach2day mailboxes in EmailBison?

Yes. EmailBison bulk-uploads custom SMTP accounts from a CSV, and our CSV export carries the SMTP/IMAP settings. EmailBison keeps custom SMTP accounts from vendors outside its approved list out of its warmup network, so warmup stays in Outreach2day.
