Why Icemail buyers look elsewhere

The $2.50 is the visible part of the bill. Icemail's help center caps Google and Microsoft mailboxes at 15 cold emails a day, recommends 2 to 3 mailboxes per domain, and leaves warmup to your sequencer, so the sequencer plan and a domain for every third mailbox come with it. The price itself is labelled a limited deal over $3.50.

Terms are the other reason. Its help center says all payments are final, its refund policy considers refunds case by case, and its pricing FAQ refunds unused wallet balance within 14 days. Buyers who top up a wallet for hundreds of mailboxes want one answer.

Moving off Icemail

Point the domains you bought at Icemail to the new provider, or start fresh domains next to them. Keep the Icemail mailboxes sending while the new ones warm up, then cancel them in Billing at least 7 days before the renewal date.
