Mailreef is priced on Agency Flex ($249 a server a month, month to month) at 25 cold emails a mailbox a day, as ours (it allows up to 50), one server per 50,000 cold emails a month and 150 mailboxes, plus $0.001 a send and Instantly for sending and warmup. Domain prices are not published, so its totals are floors.

Is Outreach2day cheaper than Mailreef?
At 2,500 cold emails a day, yes: $171.67 a month against from $650 for two Mailreef servers, the send fee and Instantly, before domains. Above one server Mailreef quotes its Enterprise tier; Outreach2day stays at $343.33 for 5,000 a day and $716.67 for 25,000.
Does Mailreef include warmup?
No. Its help center asks for an outside warmup tool at a 1:1 cold-to-warm ratio, and warmup sends count toward the server's 100,000 a month. Outreach2day includes warmup for every mailbox for as long as you keep it.
Can I move from Mailreef to Outreach2day?
Yes. Order Outreach2day mailboxes 14 days before your Mailreef server renews so warmup finishes while the old mailboxes still send, then cancel. Mailreef refunds nothing for the time left.
Which one has an API and MCP server?
Mailreef lists developer API access without public docs and has no MCP server. Outreach2day has a public REST API and a hosted MCP server for domains, mailboxes, warmup, campaigns and replies.
