Mailscale Pricing 2026: Hidden on the Site, $79 to $249

Mailscale pricing: mailscale.ai shows no prices and sells Agentic Mailscale on a demo; its help center still lists $79, $119 and $249 for 15 to 200 inboxes.

Mailscale no longer publishes prices on its website. On November 2, 2026, mailscale.ai sold only "Agentic Mailscale", a done-for-you outbound service booked through a qualification form and a demo, with no price on any page and no pricing page. The only public prices for its self-serve SMTP inboxes are in its help center: $79 a month for up to 15 inboxes, $119 for up to 50 and $249 for up to 200, then $1 an inbox. We could not confirm that new customers can still buy those plans at those prices.

What we read, and where, checked November 2, 2026: the Mailscale home page, its help center article on charges, its domain price article, its refund policy and terms, and the self-serve sign-up page, which still opens by direct link.

What Changed on the Site

Until mid-October the site linked a self-serve app with a 7-day trial, and the app's plan page held two price tables: $119 and $249 in one, $149 and $299 in the other. Now:

  • The home page sells Agentic Mailscale only. Every button is "Book Demo", which leads to a form asking for B2B focus, a market over 10,000 accounts, customer value and monthly revenue.

  • The app login in the footer reads "Login (previous customers only)".

  • The self-serve sign-up page still works by direct URL and still offers a 7-day free trial, but the plan table sits behind a login, so we could not read its prices.

  • Agentic Mailscale has no published price or pilot terms.

Source: the help center article "How do we charge", which Intercom marks as updated over two years ago. No yearly prices are published.

Domains are extra: $15 a year for .com, .co and .ca, $12 for .me and .org, $10 for .biz, .info and .pro, "subject to change", and they do not renew automatically.

What the Self-Serve Inboxes Include

  • SMTP/IMAP inboxes on Mailscale's own IPs, shared between customers; no Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

  • Up to 5 inboxes a domain, a CSV of logins in 20 to 30 minutes, import guides for Instantly, Smartlead and GoHighLevel.

  • Up to 30 campaign emails and 20 warmup emails per inbox a day, after at least 2 weeks of warmup.

  • Inbox swaps within 24 to 48 hours.

Not included: warmup, which runs in your sequencer for 2 to 3 weeks, a sequencer, a public API and an MCP server. Cold email to Hotmail, Outlook.com, Live and MSN addresses breaks its policy and can suspend the account.

Refunds and Terms

The refund policy rules out refunds or credits for partial use, early cancellation, missed cancellation, lack of results or dissatisfaction. It now adds that any deliverability commitment means domain replacement only, with no money back. An older help article still promises money back or new domains if deliverability fails. The footer names Zen Tech LLC in Dover, Delaware. Trustpilot showed 4.0 from 101 reviews on November 2.

What 2,500 and 25,000 Emails a Day Cost

Because Mailscale's current self-serve prices are not on its site, we do not compute a full monthly Mailscale setup here; the help-center list above is the only public basis, and it may be out of date. For reference, the same volumes with Outreach2day, mailboxes at 25 cold emails a day and .com domains at $13 a year included:

Setup

2,500 a day

25,000 a day

Outreach2day mailboxes + Instantly

$268.67 (100 mailboxes)

$1,422.67 (1,000)

Outreach2day all-in

$171.67 (100 mailboxes)

$716.67 (1,000)

On the help-center list, Mailscale's inboxes for 2,500 a day at 30 each would sit on the $249 Enterprise plan before domains, warmup and a sequencer.
