Zapmail review: Google and Microsoft mailboxes in plans, with warm-up handled and an MCP server

Zapmail sells Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes in plans of 10, 30 and 100, warm-up included per its FAQ, plus pre-warmed mailboxes that send on day one. It has one of the most complete MCP servers in the market. Refunds are off the table in nearly every case.

What Zapmail is

Zapmail buys or connects your domains, sets DNS, creates Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes on US or EU IPs and connects them to your sending tool by OAuth. Each domain lives in its own workspace, so a problem on one domain stays there.

From October 13, 2026 one plan covers both providers: you no longer pick Google or Microsoft at the plan level. Prices were already identical, so the change is about flexibility inside a subscription.

Zapmail does not send campaigns. Its export list covers 23 platforms by OAuth, and one-click export goes to ReachInbox, Instantly, Smartlead and Reply.io.

On monthly billing the per-mailbox price falls with the plan: $3.90 on Starter, $3.30 on Growth, $2.99 on Pro. Extra mailboxes cost $3.50, $3.25 and $3.00. The advertised "from $2.50" is Pro on yearly billing.

Plans stack and have no mailbox cap, but unused slots do not roll over. Zapmail's help center also says Google and Microsoft prices are first-year prices that move to a standard renewal rate after 12 months, and that rate is not published.

Pre-warmed mailboxes are a separate product: $39 for 3, $149 for 12 or $339 for 30 in the first month, then $24, $84 or $180. They have a fixed 12-month life, cannot be renewed and are non-refundable.

In detail

The MCP server is Zapmail's lead

Zapmail runs a hosted MCP server with OAuth 2.1 and 134 tools covering domains, mailboxes, workspaces, billing and integrations. An assistant like Claude can buy domains, assign mailboxes and export them without anyone opening the dashboard.

That is wider than most rivals' coverage. The public API, with webhooks, is listed on Pro plans; on Starter and Growth check what you can reach before you build on it.

Placement tests and monitoring

Every plan includes placement-test credits (3, 10 or 30 a month) on Google and Microsoft seed accounts, with a blacklist check in the report. A one-off test outside the credits is sold per mailbox.

Zap Shield, blocklist monitoring with alerts, costs $3 per domain a month. Pre-warmed mailboxes get it free.

How much does Zapmail cost?

Monthly plans are $39 for 10 mailboxes, $99 for 30 and $299 for 100, with extra mailboxes at $3.50, $3.25 and $3.00. Quarterly and yearly billing cost less; Pro on yearly billing is $2.50 a mailbox.

Does Zapmail include warm-up?

Its FAQ says Zapmail handles warm-up. No separate warm-up price or schedule is published. Pre-warmed mailboxes come with 12+ weeks of warm-up history.

Does Zapmail have an MCP server?
