Options outside the cost table below show their full setup at 100 mailboxes here.
1. Outreach2day: dropping the sequencer bill
Switching from Zapmail to us changes the mailbox type, from Google or Microsoft to SMTP/IMAP, and removes the sequencer bill: campaigns, sequences and a reply inbox come with the $2.50 mailbox. If you keep Instantly or Smartlead, our mailboxes sync to it by API key. source

2. InboxKit: the same mailbox types, bought one at a time
The closest match to Zapmail's product: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes at $3 a month each on monthly billing, with no 10-mailbox plan to start from. Warm-up is a $3 add-on; Zapmail's FAQ says it handles warm-up in the plan. source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)

The details
Zapmail's plan steps and the price per mailbox
Zapmail prices by plan on monthly billing: Starter $39 for 10 mailboxes, Growth $99 for 30, Pro $299 for 100, with extra mailboxes at $3.50, $3.25 and $3.00. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 cost the same.
What you pay per mailbox depends on where your count falls: $3.66 at 25 mailboxes (Starter plus 15 extra), $2.99 at 100 and $3 at 400. Quarterly and annual billing lower it, down to $2.50 for extra mailboxes on Pro billed annually.
Every plan and add-on, with sources: Zapmail pricing 2026. Zapmail and Outreach2day compared fact by fact: Outreach2day vs Zapmail.
If you keep your sequencer: the mailbox lines alone
Without the sending plan, both prices include warm-up. 10 mailboxes: $39 on Starter, $30 with us (our 12-mailbox minimum). 30: $99 on Growth against $75. 100: $299 on Pro against $250. 400: $1,199 on Pro with 300 extras against $1,000.
Our price also covers the sequencer, whether you use it or keep Instantly or Smartlead.
Pre-warmed mailboxes or 14 days of warm-up first
Zapmail's pre-warmed mailboxes can send on day one. They are sold apart from the plans: $39 for 3, $149 for 12 and $339 for 30 in the first month, renewing at $24, $84 and $180, with 1, 4 or 10 domains included.
Fresh mailboxes, Zapmail's or ours, warm up first. Ours start cold sending on day 14 and reach up to 25 cold emails a day around day 21, and warm-up keeps running for as long as you keep the mailbox.
SmartSenders: Zapmail mailboxes inside Smartlead
Smartlead's SmartSenders table names Zapmail as the provider of its Google mailboxes and of one of its two Outlook options: $4.50 a month for a fresh mailbox with a $13 domain, $9 for a pre-warmed Google or Outlook mailbox with an $18 domain. A Zapmail order through Smartlead runs from 1 to 20 domains with 1 to 5 mailboxes each.
Bought this way, the mailboxes and domains stay in Smartlead, and the domains expire after 12 months with no renewal. Bought from Zapmail, the same mailbox is a $3.00–3.50 extra on a monthly plan and exports to 50+ tools. The Smartlead plans and the other SmartSenders providers: Smartlead pricing 2026.
Which alternative fits your reason to leave Zapmail
The sequencer bill: at 100 mailboxes, Instantly Hypergrowth adds $97 a month to Zapmail Pro's $299. Outreach2day includes the sender; Instantly and Smartlead sell mailboxes next to their own plans.
The plan steps: Zapmail sells 10, 30 or 100 mailboxes plus extras. InboxKit and Premium Inboxes price each mailbox; our minimum is 12, then $2.50 for each one.
The refund terms: Zapmail and Premium Inboxes don't refund. We bill month to month with no contract and no free trial, and you can remove mailboxes or cancel at any time.
You need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts: InboxKit and Premium Inboxes sell both, Instantly sells Google accounts, and SmartSenders sells Google and Outlook. You need mail to land in the inbox: compare Zapmail's 3, 10 or 30 monthly test credits with the Google and Outlook placement tests that come with our mailboxes, on the same copy.
