  2. Or move the campaigns

    Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

    New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Mission Inbox mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Mission Inbox for the end of its billing period.

Mission Inbox renews every 30 days without proration and bills the month's peak mailbox count; lower the count before the renewal date. Usage up to the end of the paid cycle is billed after you cancel, and usage charges are never refunded.

Choosing

Why Mission Inbox buyers look elsewhere

The bill is the first reason. It grows with mailboxes, with every send over the allowance, warmup emails included, and with $2 a mailbox for its warmup, and it is billed in arrears on the month's peak count. The second is the IPs: marketing pages promise dedicated IPs, while the terms describe shared IP infrastructure.

The third is the terms: plan fees refundable only within 2 days of renewal, usage never, and a strict chargeback clause. Plans, rates and terms with sources are in the Mission Inbox review.

If sending volume is the reason

At high volume, a charge per email adds up: 25,000 cold emails a day is about 550,000 a month, $540 in sends alone on Mission Inbox before warmup. Outreach2day charges per mailbox only, $0.50 from 1,000 mailboxes, with warmup and our sequencer included, and our mailboxes run on our own infrastructure and land in the inbox. Larger volumes go on the Enterprise plan, on a call.
