That makes it one of the dearer sequencers for high-volume cold email, and one of the most complete for LinkedIn, calls and SMS.

What Reply.io is

Reply.io is a sales engagement platform. Sequences mix email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp tasks, a B2B data search sits next to them, and Jason, its AI SDR, can prospect and book meetings on a separate plan.

It sells three products: Email Volume (priced by active contacts), Multichannel (per user, with 5 mailboxes each) and AI SDR (from $800 a month). Agencies get Agency Core with unlimited clients from $210.

Mailboxes can be bought in the app at $5 for Google or Microsoft on domains bought through Reply, or pre-warmed at $15. Connected mailboxes of any kind get warm-up through Mailtoaster.

Up to 5,000 active contacts Email Volume is per user, $59 to $99. From 10,000 it switches to a flat price with unlimited users: $179, $299, $499 and $999 for 10,000 to 100,000. Annual billing takes about 10%.

An active contact is anyone you email in the billing month; a contact emailed again next month counts again. Long sequences that run over two months are billed twice for the same person.

Each tier also caps mailboxes under a fair-use rule: 25 per 1,000 active contacts, so 250 at 10,000. Extra channels cost per account: LinkedIn $69, calls and SMS $29.

What a full Reply.io setup costs a month

The cold email sequencer plan the volume needs, plus mailboxes and domains, at 1,000, 5,000 and 10,000 cold emails a day.

25 cold emails per mailbox a day and 5 mailboxes per domain: 1,000 a day = 40 mailboxes, 8 domains, 22,000 emails a month; 5,000 a day = 200 mailboxes, 40 domains, 110,000 emails a month; 10,000 a day = 400 mailboxes, 80 domains, 220,000 emails a month (22 sending days). Monthly list prices on monthly billing; .com domains at $13 a year spread over 12 months.

Because Reply prices by contacts, the sequencer line grows fastest of the tools we price: $179, $499 and $999 at our three volumes. With Outreach2day mailboxes the setups are $288, $1,042 and $2,086 a month.

With Reply's own $5 mailboxes the same setups are $379, $1,499 and $2,999 before domains, whose price Reply shows only at checkout.

For email-only volume, Outreach2day all-in costs $109, $543 and $1,087. Reply's case is the channels and Jason, which we do not have.

In detail

Multichannel and Jason AI

Reply's strength is the sequence itself: email, LinkedIn connection requests and messages, calls, SMS and WhatsApp tasks in one flow, with CRM sync to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Copper and Close.

Jason AI SDR is priced separately, $800 a month for 1,000 active contacts, and includes LinkedIn accounts and done-for-you deliverability.

API, MCP and terms

The public API is on all plans with a limit of 15,000 requests a month. Reply runs an official MCP server that accepts an API key or OAuth.

Fees are non-refundable unless the law or an order form says otherwise. The 14-day trial allows 300 active contacts and 2 email accounts.
