Reply.io alternatives: seven options, priced as full setups at three volumes

Reply.io charges by active contacts a month, $499 for 50,000, so the bill climbs fast when you email many new people. Most teams looking for an alternative want the same volume for less, or keep its LinkedIn and call steps at a lower price. Each option below is priced with the same mailboxes and domains. We make Outreach2day and list it first.

  • Warm-up and sending included
  • $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
  • Month-to-month billing

Why each one is a Reply.io alternative

  1. 1. Outreach2day: email-only volume in one bill

Outreach2day covers what Reply's Email Volume plan does for email, with the mailboxes included: SMTP/IMAP mailboxes at $2.50 with warm-up, campaigns with follow-up steps, a send window, stop on reply and a replies inbox. At 5,000 a day that is $543 a month, while Reply's plan alone is $499 before mailboxes. LinkedIn, calls and Jason AI have no equivalent with us.

  2. 2. Instantly: the lowest price per email at volume

Instantly charges by emails and uploaded contacts with unlimited mailboxes: $184 a month covers 5,000 emails a day with one add-on, against Reply's $499. Calls, SMS and LinkedIn connections are a separate CRM add-on.

    Instantly review

  3. 3. Smartlead: no contact cap and a refund window

Smartlead's Unlimited Smart ($174) has no contact cap, so re-emailing the same people next month costs nothing extra, and new subscriptions are refundable within 7 days.

  4. 4. Saleshandy: data and call steps at a lower price

The closest to Reply's mix: Lead Finder data in every plan and call, WhatsApp and manual LinkedIn steps, with Scale 200K at $189 a month.

    Saleshandy review

  5. 5. lemlist: automated LinkedIn steps

If LinkedIn automation is why you use Reply, lemlist's Multichannel plan ($109 per user) runs LinkedIn, SMS and calls in one sequence; its Email plan covers pure volume from $69.

    lemlist review

  6. 6. Snov.io: a database and CRM on a flat plan

Snov.io prices by recipients like Reply but lower: 50,000 a month for $189 on Pro M, with unlimited seats, a lead database and a built-in CRM. LinkedIn automation is $69 per account.

  7. 7. PlusVibe: the lowest plan price for email

PlusVibe sends 150,000 emails a month for $77 with warm-up and enrichment credits. It has no LinkedIn or call steps in the software.

Choosing

What Reply's pricing rewards

Active-contact pricing suits teams that reach a few thousand people a month with long, personal, multichannel sequences. It punishes the opposite: wide cold campaigns to tens of thousands of new contacts, and sequences that run into a second month, where a contact counts again.

If your plan is the first kind, Reply may still be the right tool and only the mailboxes need changing. If it is the second, a volume-priced sequencer or an all-in setup costs a fraction.

Moving without losing the pipeline

Warm new mailboxes for about 14 days before cold volume (schedule), and keep Reply sending from the old ones until then. Export your contacts and their sequence status first, so nobody gets step one twice.

The Reply.io review covers every plan, Jason AI and the terms.

We make Outreach2day and list it first. Where it fits and where it does not.

It does not fit if

  • You need LinkedIn, call or SMS steps in the same sequence
  • You want Jason AI or another AI SDR
  • You need a B2B database in the tool
