CSV import

Add Outreach2day mailboxes to PlusVibe

Short answer

In PlusVibe open Email Accounts > Add New Account > Any Provider and enter host outreachmailstream.com with IMAP 993 and SMTP 465, ticking Enable SSL/TLS on both. For many mailboxes, the PlusVibe CSV from Outreach2day has the field names of PlusVibe's bulk-add API. Set the campaign daily limit to 25 and use PlusVibe's campaign ramp-up; warm-up keeps running in Outreach2day.

What you get

  • A CSV in PlusVibe's import format with the SMTP and IMAP settings of every mailbox you pick
  • Warm-up keeps running in Outreach2day after the export, included in the price
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC already set on every domain

Export the CSV and import it into PlusVibe

In Outreach2day

  1. Select mailboxes. Open Mailboxes and select the mailboxes to export, or export all of them
  2. Download the file. Click Export and pick PlusVibe. The CSV downloads with one row per mailbox

In PlusVibe

  1. Open the form. Email Accounts > Add New Account, choose Any Provider and click Continue (help.plusvibe.ai)
  2. Enter the servers. IMAP host outreachmailstream.com, port 993, and SMTP host outreachmailstream.com, port 465; tick Enable SSL/TLS for both (help.plusvibe.ai)
  3. Enter the logins. Username is the full address; tick Use Same Login for SMTP Server and click Connect (help.plusvibe.ai)
  4. Or add them in bulk. Send the rows of the PlusVibe CSV to the bulk-add API; PlusVibe emails the result of the upload to the account owner (developer.plusvibe.ai)

Fields in the PlusVibe CSV

The file from the PlusVibe export has these columns:

ColumnValue
first_name, last_nameSender name
emailThe mailbox address
daily_limit50
username, passwordIMAP login: the address and the mailbox password
imap_host, imap_portoutreachmailstream.com, 993
smtp_host, smtp_portoutreachmailstream.com, 465
smtp_username, smtp_passwordThe address and the mailbox password
tagsEmpty
min_interval60
enable_camp_rampup, camp_rampup_start, camp_rampup_incrementtrue, 10, 5
enable_warmup, warmup_daily_limittrue, 20
enable_warmup_rampup, warmup_rampup_start, warmup_rampup_incrementtrue, 5, 3
  • The headers are the field names of PlusVibe's bulk-add API (POST /account/bulk-add-regular-accounts); PlusVibe's help center does not document a CSV upload screen
  • The API takes yes or no in the three enable_ fields, while the file has true: change them to yes before sending the rows to the API
  • daily_limit is 50 in the file; set 25 for Outreach2day mailboxes. min_interval must be at least 2 minutes per the API
  • enable_warmup turns on PlusVibe's warm-up too; Outreach2day warm-up already runs, so set it to no if you don't want both

Connection settings

To add a single mailbox by hand, or to check what PlusVibe saved, use these settings:

FieldValue
SMTP hostoutreachmailstream.com
SMTP port465 (SSL/TLS)
IMAP hostoutreachmailstream.com
IMAP port993 (SSL/TLS)
Username (SMTP and IMAP)The full email address
Password (SMTP and IMAP)The mailbox password from the export (the same for SMTP and IMAP)

Sending settings per mailbox

  • Mailboxes can send cold email 14 days after warm-up starts; warm-up keeps running after that
  • Up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day, warm-up not counted
  • Start low on day 14 (for example 5 a day) and reach 25 around day 21
  • To send more, add mailboxes and domains; keep the per-mailbox number at 25

Where to set it in PlusVibe:

  • Campaign daily limit per account: Accounts & Warm-Up > select accounts > Bulk Actions > Edit Settings > Account (set 25). PlusVibe suggests 20 to 25 campaign emails for regular accounts (help.plusvibe.ai)
  • Time interval: PlusVibe suggests 10 to 20 minutes between emails (help.plusvibe.ai)
  • Campaign ramp-up per account (start and increase per sending day); PlusVibe suggests a start of 20 and +3 a day for migrated accounts, and 3 and +1 for new ones (help.plusvibe.ai)

Why 25: how many cold emails one mailbox should send a day. The day-by-day ramp: email warm-up schedule.

Warm-up

Warm-up for Outreach2day mailboxes runs in Outreach2day and is included in the price. It keeps running after you export the mailboxes, whichever tool sends from them, so the other tool's warm-up is optional.

  • PlusVibe's warm-up settings: Increase per day, Daily limit, Reply rate %, Disable Slow Warmup; warm-up is capped at 50 emails a day (help.plusvibe.ai)
  • PlusVibe explains the 50-a-day cap in its own article (help.plusvibe.ai)

Keep warm-up on while the mailbox sends: should I keep warm-up running while sending.

DNS and tracking domain

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every Outreach2day domain are set and checked automatically; you add nothing for sending
  • A custom tracking domain is a CNAME on a subdomain of your sending domain. For a domain whose DNS Outreach2day hosts, add it in the app: Domains, open the domain, Manage DNS records, Add record (type CNAME). For a domain whose DNS stays at your registrar, add it there
  • A tracking domain matters only with open or click tracking on. In the first cold email, leave out the tracking pixel and links and measure replies (see the answer on open tracking below)
  • PlusVibe's custom tracking domain is a CNAME with host px pointing to px.plusvibe.ai, so the tracking domain is px.yourdomain.com (help.plusvibe.ai)
  • Email Accounts > select the account > Account Settings > Custom Tracking Domain, enter it, click Next and Verify & Save; it can apply to every account on the domain (help.plusvibe.ai)

More on tracking: do open tracking and links hurt cold email deliverability.

Troubleshooting

Error or symptomFix
Invalid credentials / Authentication failedPlusVibe sets the account to ERROR after repeated failures; fix the login, reconnect the account and reactivate its campaigns (help.plusvibe.ai)
connect ECONNREFUSEDPlusVibe reads this as the mail server refusing its IP; contact PlusVibe and Outreach2day support with the time of the error (help.plusvibe.ai)
IMAP Connection errorCheck the IMAP login and that SSL/TLS is ticked for port 993 (help.plusvibe.ai)
CNAME record not foundCheck the px record and wait up to 24 hours for DNS (help.plusvibe.ai)
Authentication failed / invalid credentialsUse the full email address as the username and the password from a fresh export. A disabled mailbox is exported with an empty password, so it can't connect
Connection timed out or SSL/TLS handshake errorUse SMTP port 465 with SSL/TLS and IMAP port 993 with SSL/TLS, both on outreachmailstream.com. Check that the tool did not switch the security setting to STARTTLS or none
Mailbox connects but can't send yetCheck the mailbox in Outreach2day: new mailboxes are being set up for up to 24 hours, and cold email starts 14 days after warm-up starts
Mailbox disconnected after it workedReconnect it in the tool with the same settings. With a one-click connection (Instantly, Smartlead) and auto-reconnect on, Outreach2day reconnects it for you

If bounces climb after the mailboxes connect, look at the list: why a cold email bounce rate gets too high.

FAQ

Is there a one-click export to PlusVibe?

No. One-click export with an API key works for Instantly and Smartlead. For PlusVibe use the Any Provider form, or the PlusVibe CSV with PlusVibe's bulk-add API.

Which ramp-up should I use in PlusVibe?

Outreach2day mailboxes are already warmed for 14 days before they send, so start the campaign ramp low (5 to 10 a day) and let it climb to 25 by around day 21. PlusVibe's own guide uses a start of 20 and +3 a day for migrated accounts.

How many accounts can I connect to PlusVibe?

PlusVibe's pricing page lists 3 email accounts on the Personal plan; check your plan before a large import.
