Cost at 25 and 100 mailboxes

25 mailboxes: Mailforge's calculator shows $75 a month on monthly billing. Infraforge's shows $100 a month, paid as $300 a quarter, or $83 a month on yearly billing.

100 mailboxes: Mailforge is $300 a month (every slot under 110 is $3). Infraforge is $1,200 a quarter, $400 a month. An extra dedicated IP is $99 a month, and Forge recommends at most 40 mailboxes per IP.

Domains cost $14 a year on both, and SSL with domain masking $2 a domain a month.

Where they differ

What the dedicated IP buys

Forge's own comparison says Mailforge deliverability can depend on other users' activity. Infraforge removes that dependency, so a bad neighbour cannot hurt you, and gives you sole responsibility for the IP's reputation.

Infraforge's home page says each mailbox gets a dedicated IP; the help center describes a dedicated IP per setup. Ask before you size an order on it.

Everything else is shared

Same 30-a-day recommended limit (100 at most) and 2 to 3 mailboxes per domain, same Warmforge for warm-up and Salesforge for sending, same Forge MCP server and API style, same rule to cancel by chat seven days before the term ends.

Which one to pick

Pick Mailforge if

  • Price matters more than IP isolation
  • You want monthly billing
  • You are testing with a small order

Pick Infraforge if

  • You want reputation that only your sending affects
  • You can commit to quarterly or yearly billing
  • You run up to 40 mailboxes per IP and add IPs as you grow

Where Outreach2day fits

We sell cold email mailboxes too, so this section is ours. The comparison above does not rank us.

With either Forge product the mailbox is one bill and warm-up and sending are two more. Our mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP too, at $2.50 with warm-up and a sending engine included and monthly billing: 25 mailboxes cost $62.50, 100 cost $250. We have no dedicated-IP option.

From 1,000 mailboxes Outreach2day quotes a volume price below the per-mailbox list price of every vendor in our comparisons, including Maildoso's $0.49, with warm-up and sending in the price. Book a call and we quote your volume.

Mailforge vs Infraforge: questions

No. Both point to Warmforge, a separate Forge subscription.
