What you pay each month

Mailforge bills slots: $3 a month for the first 10 and up to 100 add-on slots, then $0.10 less per 100 add-on slots, down to $2 above 1,000. SSL and domain masking are $2 per domain a month. A .com domain is $14 a year.

With Instantly as the sender (warmup included in its plan): $172 at 25 mailboxes against our $62.50; $1,267 at 400 against $1,000. Masking is not in these totals.

Monitoring

Mailforge's placement tests and blacklist checks live in Warmforge. Ours are in the same app as the mailboxes: warmup inbox, spam and bounce rate for every mailbox, plus Google and Outlook placement tests.

Moving from Mailforge

  1. Create mailboxes in Outreach2day on new domains, or transfer your Mailforge domains out (Mailforge supports transfers out)
  2. Warmup starts on its own; give it 14 days
  3. Send from our own sequencer, or sync the mailboxes to Instantly or Smartlead
  4. Keep Mailforge sending until our mailboxes reach full volume on day 21, then cancel

Does Mailforge include warmup?

Do both sell SMTP mailboxes?

Yes. Mailforge sells shared-IP SMTP; Google and Microsoft mailboxes are its sister product Primeforge. Ours are SMTP/IMAP.
