What the Forge setup costs at 100 mailboxes

Mailforge slots cost $3 a month for the base 10 and up to 100 add-on slots, then step down by $0.10 per 100 add-on slots to $2 above 1,000. 100 slots are $300 a month.

Sending 25 cold emails per mailbox a day on 22 working days is 55,000 emails a month. Salesforge Growth covers 50,000 for $96 a month; one more step of 50,000 emails costs $86, per its pricing calculator. Warmforge warm-up comes with Salesforge at no extra cost.

So the Forge setup is $300 + $96 + $86 = $482 a month before masking. We price Mailforge with Instantly on the rest of this page, which is cheaper: $397. Ours is $250. At 25 mailboxes: $172 against $62.50; at 400, $1,267 against $1,000.

Domains, masking and daily volume

Mailforge recommends 30 emails per mailbox a day, at most 100, and 2–3 mailboxes per domain. We recommend up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day and up to 5 mailboxes per domain.

At 100 mailboxes, 2–3 per domain means 34 to 50 domains: $476 to $700 a year at Mailforge's $14 per .com, plus $68 to $100 a month for masking at $2 per domain. At 5 per domain we need 20 domains: $260 a year as .com, masking included.

Which alternative fits which Mailforge user

On Salesforge and happy with it: keep Salesforge and replace only the slots. Any SMTP/IMAP mailbox connects, ours included, and Warmforge stays free with the Salesforge plan.

Paying for Warmforge without Salesforge: that line disappears with Outreach2day, Instantly or Smartlead, where warm-up is part of the price.

Paying masking on dozens of domains: move to 5 mailboxes per domain with masking included, or to Google and Microsoft mailboxes at Zapmail or InboxKit, whose DNS setup includes a tracking domain.

Needing Google or Microsoft next to SMTP: Zapmail, InboxKit or Premium Inboxes instead of adding Primeforge.

What is the cheapest Mailforge alternative?

Does Mailforge include warm-up?

Not in Mailforge itself. Warm-up is Warmforge, a separate product, free with a Salesforge subscription. Ours is included in every mailbox.

How many mailboxes per domain does Mailforge recommend?

2–3 per domain, at 30 emails per mailbox a day and at most 100. We recommend up to 5 per domain and up to 25 cold emails per mailbox a day.

Which Mailforge alternatives sell Google Workspace mailboxes?

Does Mailforge sell pre-warmed mailboxes?
