What 100 mailboxes cost a month with each option

Mailboxes, domains and the sequencer they need to send, at each vendor's list price.

100 mailboxes each. Infraforge and its alternatives at the same mailbox count. Monthly list prices on monthly billing; sending volume = mailboxes × each vendor's recommended emails per mailbox a day × 22 sending days, with the cheapest plan of the sequencer named in each row that covers it (Instantly unless the vendor's mailboxes need another; both include warmup). Domains at each vendor's published price spread over 12 months; "from" means a domain price is not published.

At the same 100 mailboxes, Infraforge with Instantly and domains is $536.67 a month before extra IPs. Maildoso ($338.25) and Mailforge with Salesforge (from $339.67) cost less on list price and send from shared infrastructure; Zapmail and InboxKit add Google or Microsoft accounts for $397 to $433. Outreach2day is $271.67 with warmup and its sequencer.

Each vendor is counted at its own recommended daily volume, so the per-1,000-emails line is the fair comparison: Infraforge and Mailforge at 30 a day, Maildoso at 15, InboxKit at 40, Zapmail and Outreach2day at 25.

Switching

Moving from Infraforge to Outreach2day

  1. Keep your sequencer

Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Infraforge mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Infraforge for the end of its billing period.

Cancel Infraforge by live chat at least seven days before the quarter or year ends; Forge does not refund. Domains bought there transfer out through support.

Why each one is a Infraforge alternative

  1. 01

    1. Outreach2day: mailboxes, warmup and a sequencer in one bill

SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your domains at $2.50 a month with warmup that keeps running and our own sequencer, billed monthly. They also export to Instantly, Smartlead or 14 tools by CSV, and our MCP server sets everything up from Claude or ChatGPT.

  2. 02

    2. Mailforge: the same Forge workflow on shared IPs

Infraforge's sibling: the same dashboard, API and Forge MCP, SMTP slots on shared IPs at $3 down to $2 a month with monthly billing. Its mailboxes cannot be warmed in Instantly, so it pairs with Salesforge.

    3. Maildoso: SMTP packs at volume

Packs of 30, 300 and 1,000 SMTP mailboxes down to $0.49 each, synced to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, with an API and MCP server. Up to 15 cold emails per mailbox a day and no warmup.

  4. 04

    4. Zapmail: Google and Microsoft with warmup handled

If you leave SMTP for Google or Microsoft: plans of 10, 30 and 100 at $39, $99 and $299 a month, warmup handled per its FAQ, pre-warmed plans and a 134-tool MCP server.

    5. InboxKit: Google or Microsoft one mailbox at a time

No plan or minimum: $3 a mailbox a month, $2.50 annual, a REST API with webhooks and 24+ sequencer integrations. Warmup is a $3 add-on.

    6. Mailpool: dedicated IPs with unlimited inboxes

Keeps the dedicated IP: $200 a month per IP with unlimited inboxes, next to SMTP inboxes from $3 and Google and Microsoft. The API is on request.

    Mailpool review

  7. 07

    7. Inframail: a flat rate for unlimited inboxes

Unlimited Microsoft-backed inboxes on dedicated US IPs for $147 a month, warmup in your own tool.

Choosing

When the dedicated IP is the reason

If you chose Infraforge for IPs of your own, Mailpool and Inframail keep that model. If the IP was a means to better placement, compare placement on your own list before paying $99 a month per extra IP: Forge's own limit is 40 mailboxes per IP.

Leaving the Forge stack

Infraforge, Warmforge and Salesforge bill and cancel separately, each with a seven-day notice window. Moving the mailboxes to one bill is the usual reason buyers look at Outreach2day, and the Infraforge pricing post shows what each Forge line costs.
