What you pay each month
Smartlead bills a plan by sends (Base $39 for 6,000, Pro $94 for 90,000, Unlimited Smart $174 for 150,000, up to $379 for 500,000) plus SmartSenders at $4.50 per Google or Outlook mailbox. Warm-up is in the plan.
We bill $2.50 per mailbox with warm-up and sending inside. At 25 mailboxes: $62.50 against $206.50. At 400: $1,000 against $2,028.
Where SmartSenders come from
SmartSenders are resold from partner providers: Google and Outlook through Zapmail, Outlook through InfraInbox, SMTP through Mailreef and AeroSend. The domains have a fixed 12-month term and the mailboxes stay inside Smartlead.
Domains bought in our app are registered to you, and the mailboxes sync to Smartlead, Instantly or 12 more tools by CSV.

- Create mailboxes in Outreach2day on new domains, or on domains you already own.
- Warm-up starts on its own. Give it 14 days.
- Keep Smartlead as your sender: connect it with an API key and the mailboxes appear there.
- Or send from our engine: rebuild the sequences and import your leads.
- Keep SmartSenders sending until the new mailboxes reach full volume on day 21. They can't leave Smartlead.

Can I use Outreach2day mailboxes in Smartlead?
Yes. Connect Smartlead with an API key and we add the mailboxes to your Smartlead account.
Is Outreach2day cheaper than Smartlead?
Yes: $250 against $544 a month at 100 mailboxes (SmartSenders plus Pro). Mailbox for mailbox, $2.50 against $4.50.
Does Smartlead include warm-up?
Yes, unlimited warm-up on every plan. The warm-up pool tier depends on the plan. Ours is included in the $2.50 mailbox.
Can I move SmartSenders mailboxes to Outreach2day?
No. Smartlead's help center says SmartSenders mailboxes can't be used outside Smartlead. Set up new mailboxes with us and warm them up first.
