What the full setup costs
Maildoso sells three monthly plans: 30 mailboxes for $75, 300 for $225, 1,000 for $499. Warm-up and sending are not in them. Each mailbox sends up to 15 cold emails a day.
To compare the same email volume we count the Maildoso mailboxes needed at 15 a day and add the cheapest Instantly plan, which brings warm-up. At 25 of our mailboxes that is $62.50 against $322; at 100, $250 against $322; at 400, $1,000 against $683.
Domains and refunds
Maildoso domains cost $12 a year ($15 from October 1, 2026) and stay registered with Maildoso while in use. Its pricing page lists a 30-day money-back guarantee; its terms allow a refund only within 30 days, and only if the mailboxes fail to send for 3+ days in a row through Maildoso's fault.
Our domains cost $13 a year for a .com and are registered to you from day one. We have no free trial and no contract: you pay month to month and cancel any time.

- Create mailboxes in Outreach2day on new domains. DNS is set automatically.
- Warm-up starts on its own. Give it 14 days before cold sending.
- Send from our engine, or sync the mailboxes to Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison as you do today.
- Keep the Maildoso mailboxes sending until ours reach full volume on day 21, then cancel.
- Ask Maildoso to transfer your domains back; its pricing page says the transfer is free when the subscription ends.

Does Maildoso include warm-up?
No. Maildoso asks for at least 14 days of warm-up through outside providers or the Instantly pool. Warm-up is included in every Outreach2day mailbox.
How many cold emails can a Maildoso mailbox send?
Up to 15 a day, per Maildoso's pricing page. We recommend up to 25 per mailbox a day.
Do both sell SMTP mailboxes?
