What you pay each month

Instantly bills two things: an Outreach plan by email volume ($47, $97 or $358 a month) and each account ($5 for a done-for-you Google account, $10 pre-warmed, $4 AirMail). Warm-up is in the plan.

We bill one thing: $2.50 per mailbox, with warm-up and the sending engine inside. At 25 mailboxes that is $62.50 against $222. At 400, $1,000 against $2,184.

Domains are extra with both: $15 a year at Instantly, $13 for a .com with us.

Who owns the mailboxes and domains

Instantly's help center says done-for-you accounts are for use inside Instantly only, and Instantly keeps domain ownership and admin access. Pre-warmed accounts work the same way.

Domains bought in our app are registered with your details. Send from our engine, sync the mailboxes to Instantly or Smartlead with an API key, or export them as CSV to 14 tools.

Keep Instantly, or move off it

  1. Create mailboxes in Outreach2day on new domains. DNS is set automatically.
  2. Warm-up starts on its own. Give it 14 days before the first cold email.
  3. Keep Instantly as your sender: connect it with an API key and the mailboxes appear in your Instantly account.
  4. Or send from our engine: rebuild the sequences and import the lead list.
  5. Keep the old accounts sending until the new ones reach full volume on day 21. Instantly's done-for-you domains stay with Instantly.

Instantly vs Outreach2day: questions

Can I use Outreach2day mailboxes inside Instantly?

Yes. Connect Instantly with an API key and we add the mailboxes to your Instantly account. Warm-up keeps running on our side.

Is Outreach2day cheaper than Instantly?

Yes, for the full setup: $250 against $597 a month at 100 mailboxes (done-for-you Google accounts plus Hypergrowth). If you keep an Instantly plan anyway, compare $2.50 with $5 per mailbox.

Are Outreach2day mailboxes Google accounts?

No. They are SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your domains. Instantly and Smartlead connect to them over SMTP and IMAP.

Can I move Instantly done-for-you accounts to Outreach2day?

No. Instantly says those accounts work only inside Instantly and it keeps the domains. Set up new domains with us and warm them up for 14 days.
