Where they differ

What each one includes

Mailscale: inboxes on shared IPs, domains bought in the app with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, a CSV of SMTP/IMAP logins in 20 to 30 minutes, inbox swaps on request. Warmup runs in your sequencer for 2 to 3 weeks; there is no sequencer, API or MCP server.

Outreach2day: mailboxes on your domains with DNS set automatically, warmup that starts at once and keeps running, a sequencer with steps, schedules, stop on reply, stats and a reply inbox, per-mailbox analytics, a REST API and a hosted MCP server. Mailboxes also sync to Instantly and Smartlead by API key, and EmailBison and 11 more tools take a CSV.

Why Outreach2day

We make Outreach2day, so this page is ours. Every Mailscale fact above links Mailscale's own page.

Mailscale's inbox price is low and its bill is incomplete: warmup and sending need a sequencer subscription, and nothing is refunded. Outreach2day prices the whole job per mailbox. Teams that keep their sequencer can still use our mailboxes in it, with warmup running on our side.

From 1,000 mailboxes Outreach2day quotes a volume price below the per-mailbox list price of every vendor in our comparisons, including Maildoso's $0.49, with warmup and sending in the price. Book a call and we quote your volume.
