MailDeck vs Maildoso: private SMTP with Outlook and Google on the side, against SMTP packs with an API and MCP

Both sell cheap SMTP volume to teams that already pay for a sequencer. MailDeck adds Outlook tenants and Google Workspace and builds everything by hand on your domains. Maildoso is SMTP only, sold in packs, self-serve in minutes, with an API and an MCP server. Neither runs warm-up for you.

  • Warm-up and sending included
  • $2.50 a mailbox, 12 minimum
  • Month-to-month billing

Cost at 300 and 1,000 SMTP inboxes

300 inboxes: MailDeck private SMTP is $0.50 each, $150 a month, on 60 domains you buy (5 per domain). Maildoso's 300 pack is $225 a month on about 38 domains at 8 per domain, bought through Maildoso at $15 a year each.

1,000 inboxes: MailDeck is $500 a month ($0.45 from 1,001), on 200 domains. Maildoso's 1,000 pack is $499 a month on about 125 domains.

Sends per inbox decide the rest. Maildoso allows up to 15 cold emails a day. MailDeck's pricing page says 10 to 15 for SMTP and its help docs say 8, so 1,000 MailDeck SMTP inboxes send 8,000 to 15,000 a day against up to 15,000 on Maildoso. MailDeck's FAQ prices Maildoso at about $2.50 an inbox; that is Maildoso's 30-mailbox pack, and its larger packs cost $0.75 and $0.49.

Where they differ

What each one sells

MailDeck: private SMTP on a dedicated IP per client, Microsoft 365 tenants of 100 inboxes from $30 and Google Workspace from $39 for 10, built by its team in 48 to 72 hours. Maildoso: SMTP on its own servers with IP rotation and self-healing mailboxes; its Google Workspace product is closed to new mailboxes.

If you want Outlook or Google senders next to SMTP from one vendor, MailDeck is the one of the two that has them.

Setup, API and AI agents

Maildoso is self-serve: a new domain in up to 15 minutes, a mailbox in 5, one-click sync to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, a REST API on every plan and a hosted MCP server. MailDeck's team does the setup with your registrar and sequencer logins; it publishes no API docs and no MCP server.

Warm-up, recipients and domains

Neither runs warm-up itself. MailDeck switches it on in your sequencer; Maildoso asks for 14+ days in an outside tool and up to 80 warm-up emails per mailbox a day. MailDeck puts SMTP warm-up at 3 to 4 weeks before cold email.

Maildoso's terms forbid sending to personal webmail such as Gmail addresses. Its domains are registered to Maildoso while you are a customer and transferred to you on request; MailDeck's are yours from the start.

Refunds

Maildoso's 30-day guarantee pays only when mailboxes fail to send 3+ days in a row through its fault, and it replaces up to 4 domains a year. MailDeck refunds only single-tenant trial users whose mailboxes were not delivered working, and replaces burned domains for free.

Which one to pick

Pick MailDeck if

  • You want Outlook tenants or Google Workspace next to your SMTP inboxes
  • You want a team to build and load everything for you
  • You want domains registered to you from day one

Pick Maildoso if

  • You want SMTP volume set up yourself in minutes
  • You provision through an API or an AI agent over MCP
  • You send only to company addresses

Where Outreach2day fits

We sell cold email mailboxes too, so this section is ours. The comparison above does not rank us.

Outreach2day is SMTP/IMAP too, with what both of these leave out: warm-up for the life of the mailbox and a built-in sequencer, in the $2.50. Each mailbox sends up to 25 cold emails a day, so 1,000 cold emails a day is 40 mailboxes, $100 a month, with no sequencer plan to add.

Like Maildoso we run an MCP server and setup is self-serve. We sell no Outlook or Google accounts, so for those MailDeck is the one of us three to pick.

From 1,000 mailboxes Outreach2day quotes a volume price below the per-mailbox list price of every vendor in our comparisons, including Maildoso's $0.49, with warm-up and sending in the price. Book a call and we quote your volume.
