What a mailbox is on each side

Maildoso mailboxes are SMTP only, on Maildoso's own servers and IPs; its Google Workspace product is unavailable for new mailboxes. They send up to 15 cold emails a day each, and the terms ask you to ramp from 1 a day. Maildoso provides no warmup, so the mailboxes go into Instantly's warmup pool or another tool for 14 days or more.

Instantly's done-for-you accounts are Google Workspace at $5 a month, up to 5 per domain, with unlimited warmup on the plan; pre-warmed Google accounts are $10 and AirMail SMTP $4 at most 20 a day. Instantly sells no Microsoft accounts.

Who owns the domains

Maildoso registers the domains to itself while you are a customer and transfers them to you for free on request. Instantly keeps domain ownership and admin access of done-for-you accounts, offers no transfer, and pauses them when there is no active plan.

Maildoso syncs mailboxes into Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison in one click and exports a CSV for 9 sequencers, so the sequencer can change later. Instantly's accounts work only inside Instantly.

Recipients, refunds and support

Maildoso's terms prohibit sending to personal addresses such as Gmail or Yahoo; its guarantee refunds monthly packs within 30 days only if the mailboxes fail to send 3 or more days in a row through its fault. Instantly's terms make all fees non-refundable, done-for-you accounts included.

Is Maildoso cheaper than Instantly's done-for-you accounts?

From about 300 mailboxes, yes: the 300 pack is $0.75 a mailbox and the 1,000 pack $0.49, against $5 for an Instantly Google account. On the 30 pack Maildoso is $2.50 a mailbox, and at 1,000 emails a day its setup with Instantly is $333.25 against $307.

Do Maildoso mailboxes work with Instantly?

Yes. Maildoso syncs them into Instantly in one click; Instantly then warms them, since Maildoso has no warmup.

Can I move Instantly's done-for-you accounts to another tool?

No. Instantly keeps ownership and admin access, and they work only inside Instantly. Maildoso transfers domains on request.

How many emails can a Maildoso mailbox send?

Up to 15 cold emails and 80 warmup emails a day, per its pricing FAQ, to company addresses only.

Where else can I get mailboxes for Instantly?
