Maildoso alternatives: SMTP, Google and Microsoft mailboxes, priced with warmup and a sender

Maildoso sells SMTP mailboxes on its own servers and IPs, $2.50 each on its 30-mailbox plan ($75 a month), and syncs them to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison. Warmup and sending come from those tools: Maildoso asks for at least 14 days of warmup from another provider or the Instantly pool before the first campaign. The seven options below, Outreach2day first because we make it, are priced with warmup and a sequencer at 25, 100 and 400 mailboxes.

Why Outreach2day tops this list

  • Warmup from day one

Maildoso leaves warmup to outside tools; ours starts on day one and runs for the life of the mailbox

  • Sequencer included

Campaigns, sequences and a reply inbox are in the $2.50

  • Up to 25 a day per mailbox

Maildoso caps mailboxes at 15 cold emails a day; we recommend up to 25

Maildoso runs inbox placement tests every 3 days and gives each mailbox a health score, for teams that already pay for warmup and a sequencer.

  1. 1. Outreach2day: the same SMTP mailbox with warmup and sending running

The same kind of mailbox as Maildoso, SMTP/IMAP on your domains at $2.50, with the two things Maildoso leaves out already running: warmup and a sequencer. Each of ours is planned for up to 25 cold emails a day, where Maildoso sets 15, so the same volume needs fewer mailboxes. source

  2. 2. Mailforge: shared-IP SMTP slots with Forge warmup

Another SMTP seller on shared infrastructure, billed per slot: $3 a month up to 110 slots, falling by $0.10 per 100 add-on slots to $2. Like Maildoso it sells mailboxes only; the Forge family adds warmup as Warmforge and sending as Salesforge. source (opens the vendor's page in a new tab)

Maildoso and more options side by side

Maildoso's closest competitors are other SMTP vendors. Lowest published per-mailbox price, smallest order, warmup, API and MCP for each, from their own pages in October 2026.

Outreach2day fits if

  • You run 1,000+ mailboxes: we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons, warmup and sending included
  • You want 25 cold emails per mailbox a day instead of Maildoso's 15
  • You want warmup and a sequencer without paying for a third-party warmup pool and a separate sequencer
  • You need 12 to 30 mailboxes and Maildoso's smallest pack is 30

Outreach2day does not fit if

  • You run 300+ SMTP mailboxes and already pay for warmup and sending; Maildoso's $0.75 and $0.49 packs cost less
  • You need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes
  • You want IP rotation managed across a large shared pool

The details

What a Maildoso setup needs besides the mailbox

A Maildoso mailbox is $2.50 on the 30-mailbox plan ($75 a month). The setup needs two more tools: warmup, which Maildoso asks you to run for at least 14 days before the first campaign and keep on for the life of the mailbox, and a sequencer. Maildoso syncs to Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison and exports CSV for 9 sequencers.

Instantly's plans include warmup, so our cost table pairs Maildoso with the cheapest Instantly plan for the volume: Hypergrowth at $97 a month for 100 of our mailboxes. If you send from another tool, replace that line with its price.

Maildoso's plan, limits and refund terms: Maildoso pricing 2026. Maildoso and Outreach2day compared fact by fact: Outreach2day vs Maildoso.

Daily limits and mailboxes per domain

Maildoso's pricing page sets up to 15 cold and 80 warmup emails per mailbox a day and allows up to 99 mailboxes on a domain, 8 recommended. It is built for B2B and discourages campaigns to personal addresses.

We plan each mailbox for up to 25 cold emails a day and put up to 5 mailboxes on a domain. The cold volume of 100 of our mailboxes (20 domains) takes 167 Maildoso mailboxes, 21 domains at 8 a domain.

Replacing a burned mailbox

Maildoso pulls a mailbox that burns out from campaigns for 14 days to recover, and you can delete and recreate a mailbox in its slot at no extra cost.

With us, you delete the mailboxes of a burned domain and reuse the slots on a new domain at no extra mailbox cost. The new mailboxes warm up for 14 days before cold sending.

Who holds the domains

Domains bought through Maildoso cost $15 a year from October 1, 2026 ($12 before). Maildoso registers and manages them while it services them, and its terms say it transfers them out free on request.

Domains bought in Outreach2day are registered to you: $13 a year for a .com, $5 for a .info. Zapmail's domains belong to the buyer, and Mailforge supports transfers in and out. Instantly keeps the domains of its done-for-you accounts, and SmartSenders domains expire after 12 months.

Pick by the tool you send from

Instantly: keep it and connect our mailboxes with an API key, or buy Instantly's own accounts inside it.

Smartlead: the same two choices, with SmartSenders as Smartlead's own mailboxes.

EmailBison or another sequencer: our mailboxes export as a CSV in the import format of 14 tools, EmailBison among them. Zapmail exports to 50+ tools and InboxKit to 24+.

No sequencer yet: Outreach2day is the one option on this list with sending in the mailbox price.

Switching from Maildoso

  1. Create SMTP/IMAP mailboxes in Outreach2day, the same type as Maildoso's, on new domains bought in the app
  2. Warmup runs from the first day; the Maildoso mailboxes keep sending while ours wait out the 14 days
  3. Start cold sending on the new mailboxes at day 14 and move the full volume over by day 21
  4. Keep your sequencer (Instantly and Smartlead connect with an API key, EmailBison takes a CSV) or send from our own sequencer
  5. Cancel Maildoso and ask for your domains; Maildoso says the transfer is free at the end of the subscription

Maildoso alternatives: questions

What is the cheapest Maildoso alternative?

Outreach2day, priced for the same cold volume: $250 a month for 100 mailboxes with warmup and sending. Maildoso with an Instantly plan for warmup and sending comes to $514.50.

Which Maildoso alternatives include warmup?

Outreach2day, Zapmail, Instantly and Smartlead. InboxKit sells it as a $3 add-on; Mailforge sells it as Warmforge.

Does any Maildoso alternative sell Google Workspace mailboxes?

Yes: Zapmail, InboxKit and Premium Inboxes sell Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, Instantly sells Google accounts, and Smartlead resells Google mailboxes as SmartSenders. Maildoso's Google Workspace page says it is not offering new Google Workspace mailboxes at the moment.

Can I keep my sequencer if I leave Maildoso?

Yes. Instantly and Smartlead connect to our mailboxes with an API key, and EmailBison is one of 12 more tools that get a CSV in their own import format. Our warmup keeps running while your sequencer sends.

Yes. Maildoso registers the domains it sells and manages them while it services them; its pricing page says it transfers them at no charge at the end of the subscription.
