We make Outreach2day and list it first.

  1. 1. Outreach2day: warmup and a sequencer in one bill

  2. 2. Infraforge: dedicated IPs priced per mailbox

100 mailboxes each. Aerosend and its alternatives at the same mailbox count. Monthly list prices on monthly billing; sending volume = mailboxes × each vendor's recommended emails per mailbox a day × 22 sending days, with the cheapest plan of the sequencer named in each row that covers it (Instantly unless the vendor's mailboxes need another; both include warmup). Domains at each vendor's published price spread over 12 months; "from" means a domain price is not published.

Aerosend sells in batches of 30, so 100 inboxes are 120 at $4: $480, plus 34 domains at $12 a year and Instantly Hypergrowth, $611 a month for about 1,800 cold emails a day. Infraforge with Instantly is $536.67, Zapmail $432.83, Mailforge with Salesforge from $339.67 and Maildoso $338.25. Mailreef needs two servers at this volume, from $650.

Outreach2day is $271.67 with warmup, the sequencer and 20 domains, for 2,500 a day. Aerosend gets cheaper past 150 inboxes: at 500 it is 510 inboxes for $1,320 before domains and the sequencer. Each vendor is counted at its own daily volume, so the per-1,000-emails figure is the fair comparison.

Switching

Moving from Aerosend to Outreach2day

  1. Keep your sequencer

Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the Aerosend mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel Aerosend for the end of its billing period.

Aerosend renews automatically until you cancel through its official channels before the renewal date. Refunds are possible only for service issues it causes, asked within 14 days of the first order, and domains are never refunded; the performance guarantee refunds two months on 30 inboxes if your current setup wins its 8-week test. Domains you brought stay yours; ones it bought can be transferred to you on request.

Choosing

Why Aerosend buyers look elsewhere

Aerosend's list is strong: warmup, placement tests and burn alerts are in the price, it has a public API and a hosted MCP server, and the first month on 30 inboxes is free with a code. What sends buyers looking is the shape of the order. The minimum is 30 inboxes, $120 a month, sold in batches of 30, so 100 inboxes are billed as 120.

Volume is the other point. The pricing page gives 12,000 emails a month for 30 inboxes, about 18 a day each over 22 sending days, and the terms void refunds above 40 a mailbox a day or for sending to Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail addresses. A sequencer is still a separate bill.

Moving off Aerosend

Its standard setup is your own domains, so they stay with you; a new provider means new servers and a new warmup. Aerosend itself runs 21 days of warmup before sending, so plan the overlap: keep the Aerosend inboxes sending while the new ones warm, then cancel before the renewal date.

On Outreach2day warmup starts when the mailboxes appear and each sends up to 25 cold emails a day from day 14. Pre-warmed SMTP mailboxes are $4 a mailbox a month if you cannot wait.

Outreach2day

Outreach2day as an Aerosend alternative

We make Outreach2day and list it first. Where it fits and where it does not.

It fits if

  • You run 1,000+ mailboxes: we quote a volume price below every vendor list price in our comparisons, warmup and sending included
  • You want a sequencer in the mailbox price instead of Instantly or Smartlead on top
  • You want to start at 12 mailboxes, $30 a month, and buy exactly the count you need
  • You want up to 25 cold emails a mailbox a day from day 14
  • You want a REST API and an MCP server that also runs campaigns

It does not fit if

  • You need dedicated servers and IPs isolated per 10 domains
  • You want domain burn alerts from reply and bounce rates
  • You want a performance guarantee with a refund
