Moving from MailReach to Outreach2day

    Connect Instantly or Smartlead in Outreach2day with an API key and the warm mailboxes are added to your account; other tools take a CSV in their import format, or SMTP/IMAP logins. How the export works

  2. Or move the campaigns

    Our sequencer runs campaigns with steps, a send schedule, stop on reply and one inbox for replies; import the contacts as a CSV and recreate the steps. The mailbox price stays $2.50.

  3. Warmup and the overlap

    New mailboxes warm for 14 days before cold email, and warmup keeps running after that. Keep the MailReach mailboxes sending during those two weeks, then shift the volume and cancel MailReach for the end of its billing period.

MailReach bills each connected mailbox in advance and refunds nothing for a month already started; a cancellation counts from the following month. Remove the mailboxes from MailReach at the end of a billing month, after their warmup is running in your sequencer or your new provider.

Why MailReach users look for an alternative

Price per mailbox is the main reason. Warmup alone costs $16 to $25 a mailbox a month on MailReach, more than most mailboxes cost: Outreach2day mailboxes are $2.50 with warmup included, $0.50 from 1,000. Above 100 mailboxes MailReach quotes on a call, so a team sending thousands of emails a day cannot read its price.

The second reason is that the sequencer already warms. MailReach argues its 30,000-account network is cleaner than sequencer pools; that is its own claim, and its value is easiest to judge with a placement test on your own copy.

MailReach vs Instantly, Warmy and lemwarm

Instantly is a sequencer with unlimited warmup in its plans; MailReach is warmup only and runs next to it, connected to the same mailboxes. Warmy and lemwarm are warmup tools like MailReach; MailReach's comparison pages say lemwarm is capped at 40 warmup emails a day and that its own warmup reaches 100, both claims from MailReach's site.

What is the best MailReach alternative?

Zapmail and InfraBoxes also include warmup; InboxKit sells it as a $3 add-on. If you send from Instantly or Smartlead, their plans already include warmup.

How much does MailReach cost?

$25 a mailbox a month for 1 to 5 mailboxes, $19.50 for 6 to 20, $18 for 21 to 50 and $16 for 51 to 100, with 20 spam test credits; a quote above 100. Yearly billing takes 20% off. Mailboxes and domains are not included.

What do 2,500 cold emails a day cost with MailReach?

At MailReach's own advice of at most 80 to 100 cold emails a mailbox a day, warmup for 32 mailboxes is $576 a month and Instantly Hypergrowth $97: $673 before the mailboxes and domains. 100 Outreach2day mailboxes send the same for $171.67 with warmup and our sequencer.

Does MailReach have a free trial or refunds?

No free trial for warmup, only a free spam checker with limited tests. Its terms refund nothing for a month already started.
