lemlist review: two products under one name, priced by volume or by seat
lemlist now sells an Email plan priced by monthly volume, from $69 for 50,000 emails with unlimited senders, and a Multichannel plan at $109 per user with LinkedIn, calls and SMS. For cold email at scale the Email plan is the one to price, and the mailboxes you buy in lemlist ($10 for Google or Outlook) cost more than the plan itself.

What lemlist is
lemlist started as a personalised cold email tool and grew into a multichannel platform with a lead database, lemwarm warm-up and a CRM sync. Its pricing now splits the two audiences.
The Email plan has unlimited users and senders and is priced only by emails a month. It includes lemwarm, the API and the MCP server, and leaves out LinkedIn steps, calling and extra email slots.
Multichannel Expert is priced per user and allows up to 5 sending addresses per user, all belonging to the same person. It adds LinkedIn actions, SMS, calling minutes and enrichment credits.

Email plan tiers run $69 for 50,000 emails, $89 for 100,000, $159 for 200,000, $359 for 500,000 and $659 for a million, with 10% off quarterly and 20% off yearly. Because senders are unlimited, adding mailboxes costs nothing on the lemlist side.
Multichannel works out very differently at volume: 5 senders per seat means 8 seats for 40 mailboxes ($872 a month) and 80 seats for 400. That plan is for teams that run LinkedIn and calls next to email.
Enrichment is billed as credits from $20 a month for 2,000. lemlist's terms refund nothing for a period already begun, and mailboxes and domains bought in the app are non-refundable.

lemlist's own mailboxes start at $10 for Google or Outlook, so 200 of them cost $2,000 a month before domains, whose price lemlist does not publish. Its SMTP mailboxes start at $5.

In detail
lemwarm and sending limits
lemwarm is included for every sending address on every plan, but not in the free trial. lemlist's help center recommends starting a mailbox at 10 to 15 campaign emails a day and capping it at 25 to 30, with warm-up and campaigns together at or below 50.
That is close to our own recommendation of 25 cold emails a day per mailbox, so the mailbox counts in the cost table hold on either side.
Bringing your own mailboxes
lemlist connects Google and Microsoft by OAuth and any IMAP/SMTP provider. Outreach2day has no direct sync with lemlist: you add our mailboxes with the SMTP/IMAP logins from the CSV export, once per mailbox.
