Why each plan at scale

Where they differ

Active leads or uploaded contacts

ReachInbox counts active leads, the contacts in campaigns; deleted or paused leads stop counting. Instantly counts uploaded contacts as a running total until you delete them or buy an add-on ($87 for 125,000 emails and 25,000 contacts).

At 5,000 a day on a 3-step sequence, about 36,700 new contacts a month fit ReachInbox Growth's 50,000. At 10,000 a day, about 73,300 a month pass it unless finished leads are deleted, which is why the table prices Pro.

Mailbox caps and warmup

ReachInbox's unlimited email accounts have fair-use caps: 200 mailboxes on Starter, 500 on Growth and 1,000 on Pro, with its own done-for-you mailboxes exempt. Instantly connects unlimited accounts on every paid plan, with a standard warmup pool of 500 SMTP accounts on Hypergrowth and 500 more per add-on.

Both include unlimited warmup on paid plans. ReachInbox starts new mailboxes in campaigns in week 3 at 10 a day and reaches 30 by week 9; Instantly recommends 30 campaign emails per account a day.

API, MCP, trials and refunds

ReachInbox puts its API, webhooks, integrations and MCP server (mcp.reachinbox.ai, with OAuth) on Growth and Pro. Instantly includes API v2 on every paid plan and its MCP server at mcp.instantly.ai with an API key.

ReachInbox has a free plan with no end date (250 emails, 50 active leads) and refunds annual plans within 7 days; monthly plans are non-refundable. Instantly has a 14-day trial and refunds no fees. Trustpilot shows ReachInbox at 4.0 from 123 reviews and withholds Instantly's score.
