The details

What Instantly's accounts cost, and what replaces them

Instantly's accounts: $5 a month for a done-for-you Google account, $10 pre-warmed, $4 AirMail, with domains at $15 a year and at most 5 accounts per domain. The Outreach plan is separate: Hypergrowth at $97 covers 100 mailboxes sending 25 a day.

Keeping Hypergrowth and replacing only the accounts at 100 mailboxes: $500 of done-for-you accounts becomes $250 with ours, $299 with Zapmail Pro or $300 with InboxKit. Pre-warmed accounts at $10 would be $1,000.

Full setup with Instantly's own accounts: $222 at 25 mailboxes, $597 at 100, $2,184 at 400. With ours and our sending engine: $62.50, $250, $1,000.

Pre-warmed accounts against warming your own

Instantly's pre-warmed accounts send within minutes of purchase but start at 5 emails a day per account and are capped at 20–25. They cost $5 a month more than a done-for-you account for as long as you keep them.

Our mailboxes are ready within 24 hours and warm up for 14 days before the first cold email; they reach up to 25 a day around day 21. If you can wait three weeks, the difference at 100 mailboxes is $1,000 against $250 a month.

Who owns what when you cancel

Instantly's done-for-you and pre-warmed accounts: Instantly keeps the domains and admin access. Cancelling pre-warmed accounts takes effect immediately, and access to the Gmail mailbox ends shortly after. Replies still in those mailboxes go with them.

Outreach2day: domains bought in the app are registered for a year with your details, and support moves them to your own Namecheap account on request. Cancelled mailboxes are deleted and can't be restored, so move campaigns first. There is no charge after the paid month.

Zapmail and InboxKit: their pages say domains bought through them are yours. Maildoso keeps domains registered with itself while it services them and transfers them out for free on request.

Moving off Instantly's done-for-you accounts

  1. Create mailboxes in Outreach2day on new domains. The done-for-you domains stay with Instantly, so start with fresh ones.
  2. Warm-up starts on its own. Keep the new mailboxes on warm-up only for 14 days.
  3. Connect Instantly with an API key; the mailboxes appear in your Instantly workspace.
  4. Move campaigns to the new mailboxes as they ramp to 25 a day around day 21.
  5. Cancel the done-for-you accounts last. Cancelling pre-warmed accounts takes effect at once and access to the mailbox ends soon after, so move replies first.
