Pre-warmed mailboxes
Pre-warmed mailboxes or new ones that warm up on our infrastructure
Pre-warmed mailboxes: first batch opening soon. Today every Outreach2day mailbox is new, sits on your domain and warms up for 14 days before the first cold email. Pre-warmed stock from other vendors can send from the first day and costs more every month. Reserve yours on /pre-warmed-mailboxes
New mailboxes on Outreach2day
- $2.50 a mailbox a month, warmup and the sequencer included
- Full volume from day 14: up to 25 cold emails a mailbox a day

- Warmup keeps running after day 14, at no extra cost
Pre-warmed mailboxes from other vendors

- Domains picked from the vendor's stock; warmup history rarely shown per mailbox
- A sequencer is a separate subscription at every vendor in our table

Pre-warmed is worth its premium when a campaign has to start this week. If you can plan two weeks ahead, new mailboxes cost less from the first month on. What pre-warmed sellers include, and the checks before you buy
Our data, September 2026
The sending server decides how warmup goes
Across 34,977 mailboxes on our infrastructure, the same warmup gave a mean Google score of 91 on one sending server and 33 on another. That is why every mailbox shows its own warmup numbers from the first day, and why we watch the servers behind them.
Warmup scores by sending server, 7 days to 22 September 2026
| Server | Mailboxes | Outlook | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server A | 26,630 | 90.8 | 98.6 |
| Server B | 8,347 | 33.2 | 98.0 |
On a healthy server, new mailboxes went from a Google score of 57 to 85 in two days. After that server degraded, the same mailboxes stayed between 63 and 75 for more than a week, and more days of warmup did not move them.
How we measured. Google and Outlook scores from the warmup network, 0 to 100 (a vendor metric for warmup emails; it does not measure cold placement). Table: 34,977 SMTP/IMAP mailboxes in 30 workspaces. Chart: about 580 mailboxes on one server. Full data and method

Verdict, vendor by vendor
Outreach2day vs Mailforge
Warmup and a sequencer come in our $2.50 mailbox, billed monthly. On Mailforge the mailbox is $3 on monthly billing, warmup is Warmforge and sending is Salesforge, two more products to set up.
Mailforge fits a team already on Salesforge that wants pre-warmed domains from the first day.
Outreach2day vs Infraforge
$2.50 a month with our own sequencer, against $4 a mailbox billed quarterly with sending bought separately. You can stop after any month.
Infraforge fits a team that wants dedicated IPs and pays per quarter or year.
Outreach2day vs Primeforge
For SMTP/IMAP sending, $2.50 with warmup and a sequencer against $4.50 for a Google or Microsoft seat before any sending tool.
Primeforge fits when your sequencer or client needs Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, or pre-warmed ones at $9 a month.
Outreach2day vs Zapmail
From 12 mailboxes at $2.50 each with warmup and our sequencer; Zapmail's Starter is $39 for 10 mailboxes with sending left to another tool.
Zapmail fits when you need Google or Microsoft mailboxes, OAuth export to 22 tools or pre-warmed packs.
Outreach2day vs Litemail
$2.50 with warmup on every mailbox and a sequencer; Litemail's fresh Google and Microsoft mailboxes start at $3.70, and its pricing lists no warmup for them.
Litemail fits when you need pre-warmed Google or Microsoft inboxes this week, from $39 for five.

Or talk to the teamCold email infrastructure is the setup that sends cold email: separate sending domains, mailboxes on them, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, warmup that builds and keeps sender reputation, and a sequencer that sends the campaigns and collects replies. Outreach2day sells all five as one subscription at $2.50 per mailbox a month.
On Outreach2day, $2.50 per mailbox a month with warmup and the sequencer included, from 12 mailboxes ($30 a month). Domains cost $13 a year for a .com. A setup for 1,000 cold emails a day is 40 mailboxes on 8 domains: $100 a month plus $104 a year for domains.
From 1,000 mailboxes we quote a volume price on a call.
Pre-warmed mailboxes: first batch opening soon. Reserve yours on /pre-warmed-mailboxes.
Today Outreach2day mailboxes are new and warm up on our infrastructure: ready within 24 hours of the order, full volume of up to 25 cold emails a mailbox a day from day 14, and warmup keeps running while they send. They cost $2.50 a month each, against $5 to $9 a month for pre-warmed Google and Microsoft mailboxes at Primeforge, Zapmail and Litemail, from their own pricing pages.
Mailboxes are ready within 24 hours of the order; for domains you already own, the nameserver change takes 24 to 48 hours. Send only warmup for the first 14 days; from day 14 each mailbox sends the full volume, up to 25 cold emails a day, while warmup keeps running.

No. Outreach2day mailboxes are SMTP/IMAP mailboxes on your domains. If you need Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats specifically, Primeforge and Zapmail sell both; our comparison table lists their prices with the date we checked them.
Yes. Instantly and Smartlead connect with an API key and the mailboxes appear in your workspace there. For EmailBison and 11 other tools, download a CSV in that tool's import format. Every CSV and the API include the SMTP/IMAP logins for any other sequencer.
Divide your daily cold volume by 25 for mailboxes and by 5 again for domains. 300 cold emails a day needs 12 mailboxes on 3 domains; 1,000 a day needs 40 mailboxes on 8 domains. Follow-ups count toward the 25.

The Forge products sell mailboxes; warmup (Warmforge) and sending (Salesforge) are separate subscriptions from the same company. Outreach2day includes warmup and its own sequencer in the $2.50 mailbox price, bills month to month and exports the mailboxes to Instantly, Smartlead and other tools if you keep your sequencer.
Yes. Add the Outreach2day MCP server to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client and sign in. The assistant checks domains, quotes the order, gives you a Stripe checkout link to pay, then starts warmup and exports the mailboxes or drafts a campaign.
