Where they differ
Active contacts or uploaded contacts
Salesforge counts active contacts, the people in a sequence at one time; they free up when a contact finishes and do not reset monthly. Pro holds 1,000, Growth 10,000, plus 10,000 per step. Instantly counts uploaded contacts as a running total: 25,000 on Hypergrowth plus 25,000 per add-on.
Short sequences turn over Salesforge's active contacts quickly. At 5,000 a day, 150,000 emails and 30,000 active contacts on Growth with two steps hold about 36,700 new contacts a month on sequences shorter than about 24 days.
LinkedIn and the Forge products
Salesforge sequences mix email and LinkedIn steps: 1 LinkedIn sender on Pro, unlimited on Growth, billed in social action credits. Mailboxes (Mailforge, Primeforge, Infraforge), lead search (Leadsforge from $49) and warmup alone (Warmforge) are separate Forge products with separate subscriptions; Warmforge warmup is included in both Salesforge plans.
Instantly keeps everything in one account: unlimited warmup, done-for-you mailboxes, the SuperSearch database on a Credits plan and a CRM add-on with calls, SMS and LinkedIn connections.
API, MCP, trials and refunds
Salesforge's API, integrations and Forge MCP server (mcp.salesforge.ai) are on Growth only. Instantly has API v2 and its MCP server on every paid plan.
Both have 14-day trials. Salesforge refunds no Forge product, unused time included, and asks for cancellation through live chat at least 7 days before the term ends. Instantly's fees are non-refundable too. Trustpilot shows Salesforge at 3.4 from 32 reviews and withholds Instantly's score.

Is Salesforge cheaper than Instantly?
At 1,000 emails a day they are $96 and $97. At 5,000 a day Salesforge is $268 against $184, and at 10,000 $440 against $271.
Does Salesforge include mailboxes?
No. Mailboxes come from Mailforge, Primeforge or Infraforge, each a separate subscription. Instantly sells done-for-you Google accounts in the same account.
Do both include warmup?
Yes. Salesforge includes Warmforge on both plans; Instantly includes unlimited warmup.
Which one does LinkedIn?
Salesforge puts LinkedIn steps in the sequence. Instantly offers LinkedIn connections only in its CRM add-on.
Do they refund?
No. Neither refunds subscription fees.
